Love the place. Repeat stay from 2 years ago. We were greeted by Sam upon arrival and he opened the door for us as we had our hands full. Love their dog, was very friendly and playful. Both were great hosts and had very nice conversation with both hosts. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, could not ask for better. This is a one bedroom apartment attached to the main house, has it's own entrance and very quiet inside. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Could not ask for better.

I am really glad that, I chose Zaihid Airbnb because it felt very peaceful and cool as you can hang around with friends and family. Great location, Comfortable room and Safe Area. I will like to stay in his Airbnb again if i get chance to come again in buffalo. If I wanna write about the host and the Airbnb there will be long essay 🤣, i know because the host was super friendly and very helpful. Will recommend his Airbnb to stay.

Excellent place! We had 5 people total and it felt like we could have had 10 and there was still plenty of space. Great attention to detail in all the rooms. Spacious kitchen and great bathrooms. Bedrooms and living areas were fantastic. And the outside area, huge! Wonderfully done and very private

Great location to Riverworks and Downton. My group would definitely book this property again if we come back to Buffalo. The space was large and had all we could ask for.

Loved Maura’s place!! Very clean, had a lot of extra amenities, and was close to a lot of things. Would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone! The king bed was one of the comfiest beds we’d ever slept in!

We could not be happier with our stay in Orchard Park! Right from the beginning Ryan was extremely, extremely, helpful and accommodating with our requests. We had to postpone our trip for seven months and he made sure the transfer of accommodations was seamless. The cleanliness of the entire house along with all of the little extras he provided for us were truly remarkable. Would highly recommend using his place and will definitely book with him again given the opportunity!

15 family members in town for graduation weekend. The house is a stunning 1898 built and minutely restored gem! All the beautiful historic accents with the benefit of the most modern bathroom, kitchen etc amenities! Squeaky clean, gorgeous hard wood flooring. 8 beds ranging from full to king. Comfortable, good supportive mattresses, everyone slept well! Lovely spaces for hanging out ranging from formal dining area, kitchen bar, living room, pool room and cozy 2nd floor drawing room with big leather couches! If we ever needed another celebration location in Buffalo we would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Louis was an incredible host. The place is a perfect quaint spot to stay while visiting Buffalo/Niagara. Impeccable attention to detail, Would definitely visit again.

Great little place to stay

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

My best friend and I stayed at Jon’s place for a long weekend and we were super comfortable at this stay. The entire space was clean and had basic amenities, and had a cute charm throughout each room. The entrance was easy to find and Jon had provided us with clear instructions as well as good recommendations in the area. We were able to find parking on the street very close, if not in front of the house each time. The only negative we would express about this stay is the surrounding location. We were happy to have local restaurants that we could walk to, but the area made us feel a bit unsafe. Overall, we would recommend Jon’s stay, because it gave us a bit of Downtown Buffalo in a clean and welcoming space :)

Beautiful home and amazing property! The house is incredible, and we especially enjoyed the views, peace, and quiet. When we had a minor problem related to the extreme cold, Rebekah responded immediately and came over to fix it within the hour even though it was right before the holiday. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again whenever we are in the area!

The Kamper’s house offered my family of four (two adults and two children) an amazing stay in Buffalo. Beautiful decor, plentiful amenities, very comfortable, quiet but not isolating, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Well, my children enjoyed the toys and games as well as the jacuzzi. I totally recommend! When my gps sent me to another location, Dan promptly redirected me to the appropriate location. We enjoyed our 4 day stay and we hoped to have more time to spend in Buffalo. Well, we can always come back. So we might stay at the Kamper House again.

We had a great weekend spent at the cottage! Beautiful location on the lake that allows you to getaway from the crowds while still being close to Niagara Falls. The hosts were very responsive and the home was comfy and had everything needed for a weekend away. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

My recent stay at the lake house was nothing short of magical. Nestled among towering pines, the location offered breathtaking views of the shimmering water, perfect for morning coffee on the deck. The house was charmingly decorated, with cozy furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for delightful family meals, and the outdoor fire pit was ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a refreshing retreat, and I can't wait to return!

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. We had a great stay. The apartment is clean, cute and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Check in directions were easy to follow. The neighborhood is really nice, close to parks, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
