Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lexington

This was a great place to stay for our first visit to the Bourbon Trail. The owner is incredibly responsive, charismatic, and thoughtful. The amenities were great and the place was spotless.

The Layover House was clean and was decorated with style and great attention to detail. Brooke was available to communicate with and responded quickly.

Wow! If I could give Brandan more than 5 stars, I would! Her home is so cozy and peaceful! She had everything there a guest would need or never think of needing and available! Her home is spotless! The instructions she gave us were on spot! We were there during the record breaking floods of Frankfort and never had a problem at the house. She offered so many suggestions after finding out a few of our tours were cancelled. Thank you Brandan for a memorable stay with our friends!

Gina and her home were beyond our expectation. She communicated well and was so friendly. Her home was beautiful and whimsical. She provided so many amenities we didn't even expect. Fruit and coffee station. Bathrobe's and extra bedding. The house was so easy to find and walkable to downtown Georgetown and minutes from Lexington. We found ourselves wanting to make more time to be at the house. It was so much fun. We will definitely be back and rent from Gina again.

This was a lovely home with lots of space for privacy. We only had 3 guests for 3 nights, which made it a little pricey per person but the house could easily accomodate a couple more people. The outdoor area was very pleasant. The host, Heath, responded quickly to my questions.

The house had all the amenities described in the listing. If something went wrong with anything the Kentucky Life's support team was super responsive. Location was very close to stores and downtown, but far enough away to feel like you were not in the city. If you want to feel like you are in the board game Clue with separate rooms this is the house for you, plenty of room for our party of 7.

Our stay was so much better than we expected -- and we expect a lot. Every room in the house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Kathy's attention to detail is unbelievable -- from the beautifully coordinated furnishings and decor to the sprig of fresh mint atop our bowls of berries. Beautiful dishes, tea cups, glassware and table linens, great front porch and porch swing where we watched a stunning sunset, crisp sheets, cozy towels, beautiful garden, great breakfasts -- everything was perfect! She even packed us a healthy snack for the long drive home. We can't wait to come back.

Kathy's home was gorgeous and really a home like feel. Kathy was an extremely nice and helpful, very generous. Being a vendor at the featival myself, Kathy always went out of her way to stop and my booth and check on my well being going above and beyond hosting responsibilities. made the stay seem like "at home"

Brenda welcomed us into her home on a last minute booking. Made everything very easy for us and gave us great recommendations for breakfast the next day! Will definitely stay again if we come back to Kentucky! Thank you

Art on High was a great spot for me. Easy to find and just a block away from Main St. I loved being able to meander through the quaint downtown so easily. The room and especially the bed were very comfortable. Bear in mind, this is a very old house and is a work in progress, so the creaky floors and squeaky doors are part of the charm. I wish the patio had been available, the weather was perfect and it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside. Once that area is finished, this will be the perfect place to spend a weekend!

Suzann’s place is great! She makes the most amazing breakfast- gourmet food every morning. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wi-Fi is great, comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. Will come back for sure.

The environment was peaceful and quiet. The accommodations were neat, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were friendly and polite. We very much enjoyed our stay.

My sister and I stayed over night for a quick trip to run a half marathon. Our room was great and the whole place was very cozy. Leslie and Tiffany made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond with hospitality. They had a ton of snacks available for us and the breakfast was amazing! They also were able to accommodate a later checkout so that I could shower after the race. As a bonus we loved their animals- the peacocks and poms were an amazing surprise. We will certainly be back and will also recommend to others.
