This was our 3rd stay here and plan on a 4th next year!

This place was clean and had all the essentials for my stay. I felt safe in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel at home, I highly recommend this place. Also David and Amy are great hosts. They communicate well and are responsive.

Do not hesitate to book Terri’s place. She is the sweetest person that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She puts thoughtful decor and touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Indy and it is an easy drive. Terri is quick to respond to any text. We had a wonderful stay for the solar eclipse. She even had eclipse themed snacks and linens for our stay ❤️ We had a wonderful time.

We are native to Indianapolis and stayed at John’s two listings for our wedding weekend. John and his wife were very responsive and have been communicating to me over the last year as I had questions and prepared for our wedding day. He was extremely communicative and flexible, especially regarding check in as I needed to hang up my wedding dress early! The home was spotless and cozy. It was perfect for me and my bridesmaids the night before the wedding and then perfect for me and my husband on our wedding night. The bonus was because we had both listings for the weekend we were able to let mg parents stay in the one bedroom listing while we were in the other one with complete privacy. They even left a sweet card, champagne, and flowers for us as a congratulations. It was a perfect location as our venue was a 5 min walk and very close to amazing restaurants and bars.

They were very helpful and nice and very communicative about anything we asked the place was clean and in a nice area would recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this place and Christina. I have never stayed at a shared space Airbnb before and Christina was so friendly and accommodating that it felt just like our own. Everything was so incredibly clean and tidy, the room had such great space, light, and she even had a little mini fridge stocked with drinks. She also was very communicative if we had any questions or just a friendly chat. Although it was about a 30 minute drive into downtown Indy, it was an easy drive and I would stay there again in a heartbeat if we ever have another trip to the Indy area!

Heather was very helpful if we needed anything. I took a spring break with my two kids(both under 5) and this place came up. It was the perfect booking for our trip and what we wanted. Affordable and just the right amount of amenities. It's an old lived in house so not everything is perfect and pristine, but that was just fine with us. We even got a visit from some deer right within feet of the front door one evening.

Perfect home away from home! Peaceful, clean, comfortable unique multilevel apartment with ALL needed amenities for a VERY comfortable stay. Small and mighty is a great way to describe kitchen area which is thoughtfully equipped to cook meals. Lodging here was such a great experience! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway.

Leah was an amazing host and the space was clean and immaculate. Beautifully tucked into the neighborhood and close to ammenities. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Without going into detail. I would just like to say. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. I was working a very stressful assignment. Which I was able to complete, and my wife was able to have a very good and productive weekend in Indy. All because of how generous and understanding our host was.

Curt goes above and beyond to make the Airbnb experience a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, the most detail oriented and thoughtful individual I met on my travels.

Jennifer's place was clean, neat and really cozy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. She quickly responded to any issues (such as how to fix the cable and how to operate the gas stove (which I was not used to.) In addition, when it snowed, they quickly took care to clear a path on the drive. I would stay again if the occasion arises! Thanks Jennifer.

We enjoyed this loft apartment and plan to return! It is a 5 minute walk to the Monon trail, with access to nature and also Broad Ripple Village. “Fresh Thyme” (sizable grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, which was so helpful. The skylights and abundant windows allowed light to flood the space. The AC/heat/hot water systems were robust, even on chilly days. And there’s even an under counter freezer. There’s so much well-planned storage, complete with multiple coat racks, and the laundry room was truly appreciated. It was great to have an inside staircase, too. Can’t say enough about how helpful our hosts were. We will return! The Haleys

I had a great stay! The place was spotless, located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and had super easy access to downtown, which made getting around a breeze. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We feel very luicky to have found this residence. It was superconvenient for our stay with family in Indianapolis and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and had everything we needed for a worry-free stay. Ashley was very responsive, friendly and accomodating.

Celeste place was easy to find and check in, entrance is front door of main residence. Space is full of games and entertainment activities and many extras, like towels, soaps and snacks. I was traveling with my 6'5" son and he had to duck under some openings. We very much enjoyed this comfortable, relaxing space.

we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
