Vacation rentals with a home theater in Indianapolis

Kim was great from beginning to end. Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation showed a lot of empathy for me and my family. The house was very nice and very clean also a great area. I truly appreciate Kim’s hospitality. My family felt great and thought it was the best idea to get an Airbnb for us to sit reminisce on family. Thank you again, Kim! Loved staying here. As soon as you walk out of the building, Boom, there’s the monument. We enjoyed the nightlife without having to drive and our vehicle was stored safely in the provided parking garage. The location was PERFECT. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was functional, the living room was welcoming and don’t even get me started on the water pressure and the quality of the water. There was a pool table on the 5th floor and access to the skybridge. (Which was beautiful) I definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely return to stay again the next time we want to enjoy downtown Indianapolis! Thank you for hosting us LuxieStays!

We had a good experience here. Although there was a slight issue with one television, the owner was immediately responsive to our questions (which says a lot since we reached out late at night on Christmas eve.) Home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Fireplace is a nice touch and the movie room is a neat space. Agree with other reviews, shower hot water is a little tepid (although sink hot water was plenty hot) but it was warm enough for family of four to all shower—if we spaced them out. We took quick showers. Appreciated a functional garage large enough to park a vehicle. Saw some comments about the location of the home. I have lived in Indy and am familiar with the city. Area south of home does get a little rough toward I70, but the area just north is fine. Immediate neighborhood has well-kept homes and decent apartments; we never felt unsafe. It has central enough location to be a short drive to lots of Indy attractions. Overall, a nice place.

We had a crew travel into town for the carmel marathon and this place was a great home base. Although the race ended up being cancelled, there was plenty to do nearby and the house was a great place to chill for weekend. House was well stocked with all the essentials. The only thing that wasn’t perfectly clear is that the small bunk room is really just a closet in one of the primary bedrooms. It ended up being fine for us, but had our group members in that room wanted a bit more privacy it might have been tough. The listing wasn’t misleading, just didn’t give the full picture of the room layout. The game room was a great place to hang out. The beds were incredibly comfortable. And as runners, the location was close to Monon trail and other running routes. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at Katelyn’s place! We booked last minute, but everything went so smoothly. Katelyn was so kind and responsive, which made the whole process stress-free. The home was perfect for our family of seven—very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The kids loved the downstairs entertainment area, and we all enjoyed spending time on the side patio. There was also so much to do nearby, which made it even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

This apartment is the best way to experience Indianapolis! My wife and I stayed here to see the Pacers v. Jazz game downtown, and it was the perfect spot. Perfect walking distance from the stadium, local food, and other amenities. Plus, the apartment itself was quiet, homey, and provided everything we needed! If you're staying in Indy, Anh's place is the way to go!

The place was great. Scott is a solid communicator and there was enough yard space for lawn games and room indoors for activities. We loved the air hockey / ping pong table and the theater room. The one down side, is that we saw extra blankets and pillows listed on the amenities, but could not find enough blankets in the house for all the various pull out mattresses and cots, so some people just had sheets or the throw blankets from the basement. There’s a chance they were there somewhere and we just didn’t see them

This was the perfect place for our family weekend get away. We loved the movie theater and pool table/dart board area. Do be careful on the stairs leading down to that room though! Harpreet answered quickly any time I had a question and made sure we felt comfortable from check in to departure.

We were in town for an event so the location was really convenient. Having a garage to park in was very nice! We had a good stay. The bed was not quite as comfortable as I would hope but it was newer and clean so that is what we appreciate most!
