Vacation rentals with a home theater in Indianapolis

It was so clean and really close to the convention center. The host was really generous and everything was satisfying. Would definitely stay again!

Melissa was very helpful and nice. She responded super fast and gave clear instructions on how to get to her airbnb and the check in process. She even gave me a map of the sky walk to help me get to the convention center since there was rain scheduled for my trip so that I can stay dry. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Convention Center, and the location couldn't have been more perfect! It was just a quick 7-minute walk to the venue and conveniently close to tons of great shops and restaurants in the downtown area. One major perk: Thai Paradise, a delicious Thai spot, is right downstairs—super convenient and so tasty!

Everything was as what we expected coming for the weekend! We felt right at home. Perfect walking location for dining, to the stadium and site seeing.

The Beehive was extremely flexible. Our first AirBNB cancelled on us when we were an hour and a half away from Indy. I was able to book the Beehive while in the car, no problems! The unit was as described, large, lots of room to spread out. It is in the downtown area of Indy, so you can expect it to be very urban when you walk around. We felt safe in the building. I was able to walk to Panera in the mornings and Jacks donuts, and there is a bistro right in the building you can order food from easily. We were there for a swim meet at the IU natatorium, and you could easily walk there from the apartment. There is lots of walking space along the canal that runs downtown. Definitely pay the extra for parking in the garage -- it is worth it!!! You would have a hard time finding parking otherwise, in my opinion. The garage is around the corner a bit, and kind of hard to navigate at first, but you can access the building once you are in the garage. Definitely opt for the parking.

Unqiue historical building. Convenient to convention center and downtown. Apartment itself is clean and good, but could be noisy at night depends on activities on the street. Host sent out detail check in and parking instructions, which is helpful.

We came to Indy for a Fever game and wanted a property within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. This was perfect- short 5 minute walk there and close to Lucas Oil stadium, war memorial and many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Book this as perfect for 2 couples or a couple and kids. Extremely spacious. Just know that the entry is actually around the corner from the address. Parking ramp attached but a bit confusing. Once you figure it out is smooth. Had to be reimbursed for parking as reader may have malfunctions but Ashanta will reimburse.

Our leadership team was in town for a conference and this home was perfect. It had plenty of room for 7-9 of us and we were able to gather together for planning and conversation. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was clean. Check in instructions were clear and received early in the day. Neighborhood was quiet.

Beautiful place, exactly as described. I was unable to use the projector due to rain every night of my stay but the backyard looked nice. The home is decorated beautifully, smelled great, and was spotless. The bed was comfy and the kitchen is gorgeous. The only thing missing was a can opener and colander but I made do with what was there. Just a few minor inconveniences. The thermostat was a little temperamental but a quick Google search and I was able to figure it out. The couch sits on the floor and the chair and master bed are also very low to the ground so if you have mobility issues, it may be difficult to sit and get up without assistance. It’s located in an up and coming neighborhood and parking will be difficult if you have more than one car. The neighbors were a bit loud my first night there and the airplanes flying and cats fighting outside woke me up but the rest of the home was pretty quiet. I also had to temporarily take the pendulum off the clock in the bedroom to sleep.

This is a beautiful and very large home. We were in town for a grad party during Indy 500 weekend and needed a place to stay for visiting family. This house was a great value and in a good location. The house is very nicely decorated and has great amenities.

We had a good experience here. Although there was a slight issue with one television, the owner was immediately responsive to our questions (which says a lot since we reached out late at night on Christmas eve.) Home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Fireplace is a nice touch and the movie room is a neat space. Agree with other reviews, shower hot water is a little tepid (although sink hot water was plenty hot) but it was warm enough for family of four to all shower—if we spaced them out. We took quick showers. Appreciated a functional garage large enough to park a vehicle. Saw some comments about the location of the home. I have lived in Indy and am familiar with the city. Area south of home does get a little rough toward I70, but the area just north is fine. Immediate neighborhood has well-kept homes and decent apartments; we never felt unsafe. It has central enough location to be a short drive to lots of Indy attractions. Overall, a nice place.

I took my nieces (one 18 and the other 20) to The Hadley House for our annual girls trip. This place was amazing! We felt like we left the world for a few days and really got to reconnect. We spent a few perfect days just hanging out, laughing, and totally forgetting about real life for a bit. The kitchen was super well appointed, so we ended up eating every meal at home and really enjoying the time cooking together. It was cozy, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a totally carefree escape. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The best AirBnb I’ve ever booked!

Beautiful view! Very nice location! My family and I enjoyed are stay and loved the place. Can’t wait to go back!

Would highly recommend. The location was fabulous! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. One minor thing is there is a missing blind in the room with pull out bed, so a little bright from city lights when sleeping.

Excellent apartment. Well decorated and comfortable and easy to get in and out of the building. Great locations for us to attend a conference at the convention center. There's lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a donut shop near by. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for a convention and it was in walking distance. It even had a skywalk that you could walk when it rained. It was right in the heart of everything. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
