Beautifully refinished 1914 farmhouse in Meridian-Kessler neighborhood (Midtown). 3-minute walk to fairgrounds and popular Monon trail. 10-minute drive to downtown Indy or Broad Ripple. This ideally located house has a large private fenced backyard perfect for pets or an afternoon barbecue. Driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars. Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Close to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and most downtown locations. Non-toxic supplies cleaning methods. Kids welcome!

State Fairgrounds 2 bed 1 bath w K/Q/T bed.

King bed. Steps from the Monon Trail, Walk to the Fairgrounds. Driveway, Patio, open floor plan. Streaming/Internet. Close to Broadripple. Downtown 10 min drive. Butler 8 mins. Door Keypad. Set up with King/Queen or K/Q/Tw based on needs. Limited frills, but clean/priced for those on budget. Area isn't fancy or rundown. I don’t believe in chores. Leave trash in house/sheets on bed. I am available until 10 pm on app. Don't book if barn door on the bathroom w/lock could be an issue for you.

Cozy Midtown Retreat

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Boho Container Home - rooftop deck & greenhouse

"The Zion" is a modern boho themed container home featuring earthy tones, wordly decor & animal art. It is one of three container homes located on the lot. The home is comprised of 7 shipping containers with an added greenhouse & rooftop deck. The floor to ceiling windows on the first & second floor both face & provide a unique perspective of Fall Creek River. The rooftop deck provides a view of the city skyline as well as scenic views of the river, nearby bridges & green canopy.
