Forma part d’El Parc de Vallbona, un edifici davant d’una zona verda i situat a uns 10 minuts a peu del centre. Disposa de cuina completa, climatització, Smart TV, WiFi d’alta velocitat i un espai còmode per treballar. L’edifici té ascensor i bugaderia comunitària amb rentadora i assecadora. Hi ha aparcament fàcil al carrer, un supermercat a 2 minuts a peu i diversos restaurants propers. La parada del bus exprés e5 cap a Barcelona és a uns 8–9 minuts a peu i l’estació FGC R6/R60 és a 8–9 minuts amb cotxe. Ideal per a estades de feina, familiars o de mitja i llarga durada.
