Clean, central to get around kona, hilo, and waimea. Responsive. And most importantly, comfortable.

Wonderful stay! Looks like the pix, and the views and landscaping are beautiful. The cottage is perfect, and we spent most of our time there enjoying the front porch. Location is great, easy drive to locations all over the island and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable condo. Was great for our adult family. Used the beach wagon and beach towels a bunch of times. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own. Was great to have a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was adequately equipped for when we ate in. It was great to have so many close shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Airconditioning was great, especially with ceiling fans to circulate ite air. The parking garage was a little worrisome. At first it looked like our big suv would be too tall, but there was about 3 inches clearance. A little tight getting around the temporay foundation supports in the garage, but it worked out. Nice to have convenient parking. We would definately rent this condo again. Host is wonderful. Very quick responses each time we contacted him.

Wonderful place. Check in was a little confusing as I had not understood that you cannot park at Ocean Towers but also do not need to check in at the main lobby at Hilton. However, everyone was very helpful. The apartment was updated and very welcoming. Great bed and great bathroom. Amazing views from the Lanai and for the most part of the day not in direct sun which is perfect to just hang out and watch the whales.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

Thanks for everything! Condo was clean and it was as described. We were outside exploring beautiful island during day time so spent very limited time at condo. Kitchen has everything you need except coffee. Some Coffee at home would be great addition for upcoming guests.

If you are thinking about booking this place... Go ahead and do yourself a favor and book. The surroundings are beyond beautiful and the hosts are so kind and amazing. Half the time we were out and about but the other half we decided to stay back and relax with kiddos at the pool because just being there was great.This place beats any condo because grill and pool are literally a couple steps away no hidden fees. We will definitely come back. Ania and John were one of a kind and so nice to talk too. See you in the future ❤️❤️❤️

This was our second stay in this condo and was just as pleased as we were the first time. We liked that the Queen's Market was so close and super easy access to A beach as there was plenty of parking. The location was exceptional and the resort area was very nice. I would definately recommend staying here.

Good comfortable private place. Very much like checking in and out of a hotel room but with self check in.
