This is an amazing 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor unit with plenty of space. It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. A golf course surrounds the property and we have a beautiful pool, barbecues, spa, tennis courts, and fitness center. We are Covid safe. Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfecting products. The experienced cleaning crew is meticulous to prepare our condo by cleaning all surfaces and appliances before our guest checks in. You can walk to the grocery store, most restaurants in Waikola within 5 to 10 minutes, A-Bay Beach, Lava Lava Restaurant & Bar, Starbucks, the Hilton Waikoloa Village, etc.

It is a short walk to 2 fun shopping centers, restaurants, and a convenient gourmet grocery store. The beach is also a short walk (or drive) from our townhome condo. You will be staying at our 2 story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Condo.

Located on Waikoloa Beach Drive. This tropical paradise is our second home and it is well cared for. The layout is open, fresh and bright. This is truly a home with all of the comforts that you will need. From both lanais you can look out at the golf course. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Our two story townhome has two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We also have a private laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and full kitchen.
