BETTER THAN THE REST!!! Our adorable studio cottage is located on the side of Hualalai Mountain in Holualoa, Kona Coffee growing country. We are just above Kailua-Kona town, and only about 12-15 minutes to shopping, and about 15 minutes to the closest beach and only 20 minutes to the airport. You will LOVE our panoramic ocean and coastline view, plus on clear days you can see Mount Hualalai right behind us, plus a beautiful coffee farm too. Read our reviews!

Located at 2500 feet elevation, we offer our downstairs, two-bedroom, one-bathroom Ohana. Our house is located on a quiet Kona coffee farm. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.

What a lovely little cottage that Lisa shared with us! Cozy and perfect for two. We sat on the screened in porch and played cards every night listening to the tree frogs after watching that sunset in the backyard. This was a lovely spot! Kitchen was perfectly stocked for casual meals. Kona coffee roasted by the owner was fantastic. We got to see her roasting barn and she introduced us to come of her friends on the island that had similar interests as us. Also had great food recs right down the road. What a beautiful setting and just a lovely owner. We loved our 2 nights in Kona Coffee Country!

This place was just perfect, close to town yet away from all the noise. Definitely plan on staying here again! George was very quick to respond and a great host overall. The views of the ocean were amazing. We loved waking up and drinking our coffee on the lanai and enjoying the view. Place was comfortable and spacious.

The property is set in a lush and beautiful area and the cottage is very private and secure. The flowers and tropical landscape is everything you want in your Hawaiian vacation. The lanai is large and inviting and a wonderful space to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the nature sounds. Sunsets through the trees are spectacular. Jane was very helpful and accessible at all times. Just a heads up. When stepping out on the lanai from the cottage, be aware of the two steps down. We highly recommend this property to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place had everything we needed and more. It was nice that we could borrow chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc for the beach and the kitchen was very well stocked, which was great since we planned to cook. Parking was a little rough in the rain, as it's a steep hill and our rental car didn't have good tread, but we made it. The only complaint I have is that they required windows be open to help with mold/mildew, but that resulted in us feeling like we didn't have privacy as voices carried and someone was watching TV quite loudly one night, which was a bit disturbing. Outside of that though, it was a great place to stay and we would come again.
