Vacation rentals with beach access in Holualoa

Dani's place is so beautiful and peaceful. It's private and quiet, yet within just a few minutes' drive there is access to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and cafes. She has very carefully created a sanctuary with attention to detail and all the amenities anyone could need; and she really goes out of her way to make one's stay so comfortable and memorable. What a gift to have been able to stay here!

My second time here -- the best house, with the kindest hosts. Well-stocked kitchen and living space, and I love this neighborhood so much.

Great location with beautiful sunset view from the pool area. Kathie had a ton of recommendations for dining and activities and was very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay in Kona. This place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Thomas was super proactive and responsive to all of my needs. Check in was easy and clear instruction for check in and check out were provided. Amenities included a wide selection of beach items which was fantastic. Location was wonderful with walkable access to several popular but never crowded beaches. Private parking was a plus. I recommend.

we loved our stay, Matt and Rose's place was the perfect getaway for our 'Baby-moon'. the space is so peaceful and so much more beautiful than the pictures let on. we loved it here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. we would stay again in a heartbeat. thanks so much Matt and Rose!

Really liked this place. easy walk on alii drive to restaurants and local spots. 2-3 local beaches nearby. pool and the black rocks behind it with the ocean view was beautiful at sunset. Exactly what was expected! Safe area. Loved the extra touches like the macadamia nut pancake mix :)

Great place and area! So much to do around, we didn’t even get a rental car and it worked out perfectly fine. The condo was clean, nice, and just like the pictures. Great communication as well.

Gorgeous property and cute place to stay! This is our second stay at Adam’s place…. Adam is very good with communication and went above and beyond with accommodating was with a special request that was not listed on the accommodations list. We always enjoy our stay at Adam’s place! My family and I enjoyed our stay at Justin‘s place. It is very spacious and we were a family of five. My mom, my husband and my two daughters. The kitchen was fully stacked, and the mattresses were super comfortable. The snorkeling gear was a little old so we ended up buying our own gear. The area was great. Very close to a swimming beach and a beach for snorkeling. Justin was very responsive. Always replied right away and very helpful. We hope to come back someday soon!

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

We had an amazing time at Joe and Anna’s place! The location was ideal, tucked in a quiet area but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you’d want in an Airbnb. The kitchen had all the utensils and essentials for easy cooking, and the pool was perfect for our kids, especially with the fun pool toys that were already there. Joe and Anna were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Wow, Magic Shack blew us away! These hosts seriously thought of EVERYTHING - stuff we didn't even know we'd need until we needed it! Their info booklet was a total lifesaver, pointing us to all the cool local spots. The place was super clean and decorated so cute - total island vibes! Kitchen had all the gadgets, and they hooked us up with awesome beach gear too. What really got us was how they seemed to read our minds - from coffee beans to bandaids and sunscreen, it was all there waiting. Made this feel way more special than just some rental. And that porch located in the jungle? :) Pure heaven! Couldn't have asked for a better spot! Coffee in hand, we'd breathe in the natural perfume around us - I already miss plumeria scent :)) cannot wait to come back - hopefully one day. Mahalo and aloha :)

This is a beautiful and immaculate home. Very spacious and accommodated our whole family for my son’s 30 birthday, I would come again!

The property is set in a lush and beautiful area and the cottage is very private and secure. The flowers and tropical landscape is everything you want in your Hawaiian vacation. The lanai is large and inviting and a wonderful space to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the nature sounds. Sunsets through the trees are spectacular. Jane was very helpful and accessible at all times. Just a heads up. When stepping out on the lanai from the cottage, be aware of the two steps down. We highly recommend this property to anyone.

First of all, the area was amazing!! Manini beach was literally a 2-3 minute walk down the road for great snorkeling (gear is provided, if you need it) with a path for some amazing sunsets. There are a couple of fruit stands in the neighborhood, which was great for my mother’s daily banana stroll. You can see the bay from the amazing lanai that we spent so much time on to watch the snorkelers, kayakers and dolphins. The house itself was great! Split into half, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on either side, separated by an open concept living room and kitchen. The dining room is outside…where else would you want to sit down and eat? There were A/Cs in the bedrooms if you needed them, but the ocean breeze was usually enough for most of my party. There were lots of spices in the cabinets for cooking and some staples leftover from past renters. The long, winding and narrow roads make some great scenery, but also make your trip to anywhere else a bit long. I would definitely stay again.

Incredible place! Beautiful gardens. Walking distance to beach. Great location for day trips. Jill has an amazing attention to detail and the spacious studio displays all of her artistic prowess. It's truly a sanctuary to unwind and chill out. Do yourself a favor and book it for as long as your vacation allows.

We loved staying at Vincent's place. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, and amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk or a 3-minute drive to A-Bay, which is a wonderful and calm beach for swimming. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even boogie boards and snorkels. Great location, we loved exploring the Kohala Coast and the surrounding beaches, and there is good food within Waikoloa Beach and in the surrounding resorts. AC kept things comfortable and we loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay and I hope we get to come back!

Inna's place was incredible. It felt just like we were at home. There were plenty of pots/pans for cooking, coffee maker with coffee provided, salt pepper, plenty of eating and cooking utensils, cutting boards, etc. The place was very clean throughout, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom so very comfortable. A washer and dryer, and Inna provided laundry detergent and fabrics drying sheets. She had beach chairs, umbrella, and also snorkeling gear (fins, masks, and noodles), as well as a cooler for drinks on the beach. You are right in downtown Kailua-Kona and are able to walk to everything. Inna was very responsive, and the couple of questions I had, she responded immediately. This is a great place to stay, well worth the money, and if we ever go back to the Big Island, I hope her place is available again. Thanks, Inna.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others. The view is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, far enough away from the city center to be peaceful, yet close enough to reach shops and restaurants with ease. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. When we travel back to the island, we will certainly look to stay here again.

Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this building at this complex. I prefer Kitty’s place because it’s on the top floor, with the best set up on the patio. I appreciated the low chairs—and having three chairs— and a little table. I spent every evening out there and I loved it so much. Everything else in the apartment was great, including the bed, extra pillows, work table, and couch, and Kitty responded quickly to my questions. You can walk to the best dining and bar experiences. You cannot find a nicer place here; just remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner 😬. I will return!
