My fiancé and I were lucky enough to book this beautiful place last minute with easy check in. Central to everything and very walkable. Clean with everything you need! We honestly had the best time and I hope next time, we can rebook here!

Charlie was an amazing host. He reached out before, during, and after my stay to make sure that every thing met our expectations. The condo came with everything needed for a long weekend trip - from cooking utensils to hair dryers to ocean activity toys. Highly recommend Charlie’s place for those staying in Kona!

I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. It was spacious and comfortable--and it was walkable to many attractions and eateries on Alii Drive--though far enough away, not to be amidst the loud hubbub. It also provided easy access to the highways leading north and south of Kona. I most appreciated the in-condo washer and dryer. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great place, very clean, and great instructions. Beautiful grounds, very clean grounds and a quiet location. Daisy does a great job of communicating and provided a folder with some excellent recommendations. Looking forward to staying here again!

Janell's place was amazing! Super clean and organized! It is well furnished and has beach equipment available to use. We liked that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The place is spaces for a group of 4 people. The balcony was so relaxing after a long day of walking, it has a visable view of the ocean. The place is located walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable bedroom and loft space. The loft bedroom does get a bit warm but the fans did help. Check-in and checkout instructions were simple. We were comfortable and happy on our stay here! We highly recommend Janell's place for your next stay in Kona!

I had a wonderful stay at Kona Aloha in Kailua-Kona! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The location was absolutely perfect—super convenient to beaches, restaurants, shops, and all the amazing sights the Big Island has to offer. It was the ideal home base for exploring and made my time on the island even more memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot with that true aloha spirit!

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the apartment was very well located and super clean! The host was communicative and answered our questions really fast. I highly recommend this stay, not just for a short time, but also for long stays.

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Don't hesitate to book this place! it has everything we needed for 5 adults! beach gear was especially appreciated! Walking distance to many restaurants and even the luau at Royal Kona Resort..

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

My family and I spent four glorious nights at this air bnb. The location was fantastic! The resort is beautiful! We felt so comfortable returning each evening after our adventures on the big island. The Kona Coast resort is wonderful and having a shopping complex with a grocery store close by (walkable) was a great convenience. I hope we can go back someday. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Ina is a very informative and responsive host. She recommended some great local restaurants and places to hang out. The house is clean and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There is a beautiful view of the beach behind the apartment (2 minutes walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and ingredients. However, we didn't have time to cook. One thing we found annoying was that the AC was portable and a bit noisy.

Andreas place was awesome. We loved the layout and how well she used the space. It felt like home. I loved that we had kitchen cabinets with a full kitchen sink. The bathroom also had its own separate sink and was so clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Andrea also accommodated our early check in and late check out. It was a great weekend. This place is incredible! Ocean view is incomparable. Locations is amazing. We could have stayed for weeks and never used our car. Great sandy beach just downstairs. Endless snorkeling right out your door. We often went out for a snorkel in the morning with just our masks and swimsuits. It was so convenient to leave all of our valuables in the condo and not worry. Then you can just pop upstairs and make lunch and do it all over in the afternoon! Restaurant downstairs has great food! Paranaz was an incredibly accommodating host. She was super responsive and friendly. She helped us out with a lot of special request and never hesitated to help meet our needs. Phenomenal amenities, from beach gear to bathroom supplies. We didn’t need to buy a thing besides groceries. There’s even plenty of cooking condiments, so convenient. Bed was super comfy! Best one out of the five air bnbs we stayed in over three islands. This place will absolutely be our big island go to!

Perfect location for visitors first time to Big Island. It's right in the middle of downtown Kona and walkable to lots of good restaurants. Our favorite thing to do was ordering takeout food and enjoyed it on the patio (with ocean view). The bathroom can be better but overall the price is fair.

Had the place for myself for 6 nights. Enjoyed that it is a Alii drive with ocean view right in front. The house has got beach chairs, a cooler and a beach bag and beach towels. These small add ons are extremely helpful when traveling. The place was squeaky clean when we arrived and we had a nice stay here.
