Cozy 3Bd/2Ba Waikoloa Home

SarahRating, 5 stars16 months ago
Great house in a cozy friendly neighborhood. This house was fully stocked with everything you need from coffee pods to laundry soap! It was amazing to not have to go stock up on typical household supplies! The first bedroom is made for children 50 pounds and under, and we weren’t aware of this when we booked the house, so that part was a bummer and we had to have someone sleep on the couch, which was comfortable and roomy. The pool table was an awesome asset and got tons of use! Overall our stay was pretty amazing!

New $200k+ Remodel: Spa like bathroom, Wine Bar +

AlexRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Beautifully renovated place with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Wonderful friendly and helpful host who thought out every single detail and made our stay most comfortable. Convenient location, minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches. The place is beautifully decorated, we appreciated Hawaiian culture in every piece of wall art. Very well stocked with everything a family would need. Thank you so much for this stay! It added even more wow factor to our unforgettable vacation.

Koana Breeze-Breathtaking Sunset & Ocean Views, Ho

CherylRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a fabulous stay! There were 6 adults with 2 little ones (1.5 and 3.5 years). The home was roomy and bigger than the pictured. We all were amazed at the home and ocean views. The kids had plenty of room to play. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The beach toys were put to good use. The hot tub got used once. There was parking for 3 cars. All in all, the home worked out so well, I would rent it again!

Tropical Flower Farm Panoramic View

VictoriaRating, 5 stars53 months ago
Jane and Pedro's flower farm is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Situated 1500 feet above sea level, the two bungalow property has glorious, expansive views of the pacific from both bungalows. This is a working tropical flower farm dotted with fruit trees. The location is perfect: 15 minutes from every amenity Kailua-Kona has to offer (surfing, beaches, bars and restaurants), but located in a gated, private setting in the coffee growing region of Holualoa. Jane and Pedro are kind and gracious hosts. The photos of this property do not do it justice. This is a special and rare find.
Home in Waimea

Gorgeous, sunny Waimea 5-br. house with pool.

AaronRating, 5 stars17 months ago
my family and I had planned a Christmas getaway for months. We originally had a place booked, which turned out to be a sophisticated fraud. While scrambling through any and all options at the Honolulu airport, I stumbled on this place. It is no exaggeration to say that Stefan singlehandedly saved our vacation. The check-in was simple, the hosts were unbelievably responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay, the location was private and gorgeous, and the amenities were top notch. You can tell that a very recent renovation had just been completed as the house itself was immaculate. The house also had room for all 8 of us with the pool, rec room, backyard, 4 bedrooms, large kitchen, beautiful dining room, and ample square footage. Another high note was the close proximity to Waikaloa Village and Waimea and Hapuna State Beach. This place was absolutely worth switching islands for, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a large venue or a bit of privacy.

Rm 1: Hibiscus Room

YainaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Thank you John, Ann, Mary Ann and Sofia for hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us. the view from your garden is incredible. your garden is immaculate! there was everything you need in the kitchen , if you needed to cook. Absence of TV in the room was actually great , it was quiet at night and we didn't have time to watch TV anyway . there are too many things to see on our first vacation and visit to the Big Island. John and his family were very kind letting us try their papayas from the garden. location is very close to Costco, airport, and downtown Kona. perfect place to start your vacation if you plan to stay in different places , during your vacation. overall my son and I were happy and enjoyed staying at Hibiscus room. highly recommend! Mahalo John and your beautiful family!

Kona Sunsets Hideaway.

Steve's house was very peaceful and comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The rooms were cool at night and having breakfast on the lanai was nice. I'd book with Steve again for sure.

Sunny Dream Escape in Waikoloa

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Well-stocked 3B/2B condo ~30 min from Kona Airport. I was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully stocked and pristine this unit was. Everything appeared brand new and of high quality. Comfy beds, kitchen with Nespresso machine, spice rack, and cookware. Thoughtful extras like beach gear, toiletries, and laundry supplies were appreciated. Easy check-in/out and responsive host. A few things to note: 1. This is a third-floor walk-up. It may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. 2. There is a portable AC in the kitchen and ceiling fans in every room. Despite this the condo can get hot, especially the main bedroom. I’ve since learned that central AC is uncommon in Hawaii, but this may be helpful for future guests to know. 3. The second bedroom is separated by a sliding door, and the third is a loft. Light sleepers should be aware that sound travels, though earplugs were thoughtfully provided. Overall, my group of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Mahalo!
