The host was attentive to our questions and any issues that came up were quickly dealt with. The bedrooms were in the attic space, separate from the main level kitchen and living room area. We had pleasant weather and so the temperature in the rooms remained comfortable, but in a heatwave it would be different. The apartment kitchen had the basic equipment. Coffee machine with coffee available. Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site. Groceries store two minutes walk. Walk to center town would be 20-25 minutes.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Anyone who values the opportunity to watch TV should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Everything great, only small drawback of the TV, if you intend to watch something, you should bring a laptop with HDMI cable to be able to watch something on the TV. (YouTube and co.) Otherwise, everything was great and I was super satisfied.

We visit our family in Bochum regularly. And by chance we became aware of Michael and Conny's apartment. Everything works out wonderfully for us. In the basement you can also park bicycles which are ideal for extensive tours in the excellent bicycle path network. We'll be back later in the year.

The apartment is centrally located near the busy Rüttenscheider Straße, but since the apartment is located at the back in the green courtyard, you will hardly notice the city noise. Everything was super clean and stylish, the bed was totally comfortable and even in the mini kitchen there was everything necessary plus some basic food. We were warmly welcomed in person and the accommodation was personally introduced, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is nicely quiet and yet very central. Just perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you so much.
