We are set in the heart of the Ruhr area. Behind the house are several allotment clubs that lead to the Rhine-Herne Canal. Shops for daily needs and public transport are within walking distance. The A42 can be reached in 2 minutes by car. The location is very central and the Herner city center as well as Recklinghausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund and Bochum are within easy reach. The apartment with 42 sqm is for your sole use and is located in an MFH on a busy 30s zone.

Apartment in a quiet two-family house on the outskirts of town

We offer another small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 4 people on the 1st floor of our quiet two-family house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. Up the stairs is a bit steep, there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . The surroundings invite you to take excursions into nature.

The living room is open plan on the 2nd floor. Attic (no elevator). The property has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living-dining area, a sofa, two bedrooms each with a bed and two single beds (extra beds). A bathroom with shower and tub as well as a sink and toilet is available. The apartment is about 300 meters away from the cultural center (VHS) Herne and about 500 meters away from downtown Herner. A supermarket and bakery are right at the back of the house.

For going out, the Prater nightlife is nearby. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
