I am really excited, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a beautiful house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

Great surroundings. A place to feel good. Heike is a very attentive host. Always accessible and always kind. You can tell that she wants her guests to be well. I always like to come back.

Everything great, only small drawback of the TV, if you intend to watch something, you should bring a laptop with HDMI cable to be able to watch something on the TV. (YouTube and co.) Otherwise, everything was great and I was super satisfied.

We visit our family in Bochum regularly. And by chance we became aware of Michael and Conny's apartment. Everything works out wonderfully for us. In the basement you can also park bicycles which are ideal for extensive tours in the excellent bicycle path network. We'll be back later in the year.

We had a fantastic stay with Sandra and Michael. Very friendly, attentive and helpful owners, who take great care of their guests. Impeccably clean apartment, fully equipped, and also with a personal shade. A complete kitchen is taken care of to the last detail and with everything you need to cook. Cozy living room and beautiful bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is also very clean, with a spacious shower and all kinds of hygienic products. The apartment is located in a very quiet location with its own parking. Both the apartment as the owners deserve all the stars of heaven! We recommend this apartment to everyone!

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace overlooking the garden. The residential area is very quiet, to eat you make your way somewhere else. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

Heinz and Monica are nice people. Upon arrival, they offered us a bottle of wine, in our case a bottle of white and a bottle of red. During our stay we had regular contact, about everyday and personal things. You can tell that they are hospitable people: there is activity all day on the property, in the vegetable garden, by the sheep, the llamas. We could sit outside on our private terrace. We stayed an extra day. It won't be that nice this vacation anymore.

A very large and super equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: A hot tub - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes walk, you can be at the nearest subway station as well as a shopping center, yet very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect base for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. Communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I'm drawn to the area again, I'd love to stay here as a guest again!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully designed and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy, the lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and the comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. Good pressure in the shower also pleased. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with a fully equipped kitchen so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past, half a day was spent washing dishes - this is not an option for those who intend to cook food themselves. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezer was found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by the evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The apartment is great! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Just everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transportation is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And you also have shopping nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
