You have three fully equipped kitchens and three bathrooms with showers and toilets. The living room has a 75-inch TV with Magenta TV. An apartment called "Bora" is located on the upper floor and has 10 beds. I can open the connecting door between apartments Helga and Andre upon request; otherwise, the two apartments are separate on the ground floor. Three charcoal grills and garden furniture, including loungers and tables, are available for your use. Towels and bed linens are provided. There are 22 beds and sleeping accommodations, plus a crib. Upon request, I can place two additional tables in apartment Helga, allowing 22 people to dine together.

In Bad Rodach is a nice thermal bath. In Coburg you will find all amenities such as cafes, cinema, theater, restaurants. My place is nice for couples, business travelers. I also offer other rooms, so the house is also suitable for families (with children).
