Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Relax as a couple or with the whole family. Enjoy the tranquility of our small village. Arrive, unpack, feel good. And wake up the next morning with birdsong. The apartment with spacious living space is ideally suited for two people or small families. Fast WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is enough space to play and discover. Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 3-room vacation flat (102 square meters) for up to 5 people is located in the heart of the Steigerwood. In the historically forest house the vacation flat is on the ground floor with three large and bright rooms, a kitchen and as a special thing a wooden bathroom with a teak shower. You can expect an upscale equipment. The holiday flat has a garden with seating solutions, a barbecue and if you want a fireplace. We also provides bicycles for adults and kids.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Located on a very safe and quiet street with no thru traffic. A playground just 50 meters from the house. There are bike roads and hiking throughout the Steigerwald. We are 20 min. from Bamberg 20 min from Hassfurt This is a strict NO SMOKING home.

Live in a large apartment (about 100 square meters; entire 1st floor) in a carefully restored and renovated listed house from 1580 overlooking the city wall of Zeil, close to the market square. Stylishly decorated with antiques, with old doors and fittings from the period. Modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Bedroom with a 1.80 m wide box spring bed with mattresses and continuous topper and extra dressing room.
