Great location, clean and safe apartment, exactly like the pictures. The lobby staff has great customer service, extremely safe. Very walkable, good cafes nearby. The pool is closed Mondays ( FYI) but very chic and relaxing. Comfortable bed, highly recommend it. Best highlight: Bernie is very responsive, accommodating, understanding of early check in and provides superb customer service. I plan on staying again! Nothing bad to share about this apartment and host.

Es un alojamiento que cumple con las expectativas, muy bonito, excelente aseo, la habitación tiene una vista privilegiada. Nos sentimos muy seguros, cómodos y tienen todos los servicios indispensables. Para mí una excelente opción para quedarse en ciudad de Guatemala, con una ubicación accesible, cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y bancos. Parqueo privado y gratis.

Hermoso lugar, seguridad de primera, limpio. Solamente una recomendación, si lleva carro a este lugar, que sea carro pequeño y/o compacto, ya que si lleva una suv grande no puede salir del auto. Necesita aire acondicionado, la recámara es muy caliente durante el día, y si abre la cortina, el sol pega directamente. Entiendo que el costo incrementará, pero vale la pena, y si, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente. Hasta el momento el precio es accesible. Lo recomiendo.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great comfy bed, lots of packing space, one bedroom has much bigger TV than of the photo, so it was a nice surprise - Netflix, YouTube and all the rest available. Great WiFi, desk and a chair to work. The kitchen had enough equipment to prepare home meals. There was no coffee machine, but we left French press coffee maker as a present for future guests. For us, the location was great - walkable to shops, markets and the central plaza. Xelapan (amazing bakery), cheap laundromat and convenience store were all a short walk away. Sonia and her team were very nice, weekly cleaning was a bonus. If we come back to Xela, we will definitely stay at the apartment again.

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

First place we stayed in Guatemala! Absolutely recommend. We arrived around 12AM the check in was effortless. The apartment was very clean and the highlight for our family was the kids spaces and pool. After a day of flying I was really happy the kids could play in a safe place. You won’t regret booking this apartment! Great host!

Gracias Hellen por ser amable, atenta y responder rápido mis preguntas. El lugar es acogedor, puedes sentirte en casa, aunque no hay microhondas, por si se te enfría la comida debes usar la estufa. Tiene una vista hermosa, el lugar es seguro y tranquilo, los residentes son muy amables y educados. Puedes pedir comida por la app aunque se demoran porque siempre hay tráfico. Los Uber conocen esas torres así que te llevarán sin contratiempo. Recomendable 100%

I gave 5 stars but check-in was not amazing at all. The reception did not find the form to fill. I arrived late and still wanted to try to get something to eat in a restaurant. Unfortunately I had to spend too much time at check-in, communicate with the co-host, try to make the reception be more pro-active and in the end just had time for some fast food. That was not amazing at all. Why do they not den d the form before arrival? It would be easy to fill and send back and all would be smooth!
