The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great comfy bed, lots of packing space, one bedroom has much bigger TV than of the photo, so it was a nice surprise - Netflix, YouTube and all the rest available. Great WiFi, desk and a chair to work. The kitchen had enough equipment to prepare home meals. There was no coffee machine, but we left French press coffee maker as a present for future guests. For us, the location was great - walkable to shops, markets and the central plaza. Xelapan (amazing bakery), cheap laundromat and convenience store were all a short walk away. Sonia and her team were very nice, weekly cleaning was a bonus. If we come back to Xela, we will definitely stay at the apartment again.

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

We spent a month living here with our two kids. Our favorite things were: Host and on-site caretaker were both very responsive and helpful! Location was wonderful! We loved the balcony and windows with a view of Santa Maria! We also really loved the back patio where our kids spent countless hours playing Legos and trucks! The hosts were so gracious to allow us to check in a bit early and then also allowed us to stay in the apartment an extra few hours while they started cleaning because we had a sick child! When my mom came to visit they helped us by delivering extra twin beds. There was hot water and the kitchen was very usable. (Our less favorite parts: a dog right outside that barked at night!) We would definitely recommend Sonia as a host!!!

Es Un Hotel Muy lindo y Acogedor, el personal en general es muy Amable y la piscina es bastante Amplia en la cual se puede nadar muy bien, sobre todo porque tienen inflables y toallas para que los Huéspedes puedan agarrar tranquilamente, espero volver pronto!

Liliana was responsive throughout the whole stay and very helpful. The house is in a beautiful area at the bottom of the walkway. very quiet and about a 10 min walk towards the lanchas/ strip in san pedro

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft für 3 Monate und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder ist im Wohnkomplex viel geboten. Samuel war immer zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar ab und an ein paar Aufmerksamkeiten vorbei gebracht.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Lovely sunrises, sunsets and views of the volcanoes. Felt right at home. The heated pool was a plus! Kyara was very friendly, and always responsive. Definitely recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Thank you for everything Kyara!

La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar un momento de desconexión del vehículo, toda la movilidad se puede realizar a pie hacia cayala, el lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía y los espacios en común del edificio desde el parqueo hasta la piscina todo está con un excelente mantenimiento. Volveremos!!!!!!

It's an amazing place to book of you want to visit in Guatemala City to explore and near by the Airport International. Just take uber and you will never disappoint.

Fernando er en super god vært, altid imødekommende og hjælpsom. I boede der en uge, og havde et dejligt ophold. Lejlighed er rummelig, med en dejlig seng, godt internet. Lidt spartansk udstyret i køkkenet, men det gik an at lave mad. Vi kan varmt anbefale at bo hos Fernando, og besøge byen Santa Catarina Baharona, hvor der går busser til Antigua hver halve time.

I had a great experience with the host who was very responsive, polite, and made feel right at home and above all safe with private parking and staff who were very kind to me. I definitely recommend this staying here due to being in a safe and central location in the city, and it also had an A/C unit which was very nice to have considering it is very hard to find a place with an A/C unit anywhere in Guatemala.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este Airbnb. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien equipado y se correspondía con lo descrito en el anuncio. La ubicación es conveniente y tranquila, ideal para descansar después de un día de trabajo o turismo. El anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió con rapidez a cualquier consulta. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

The place was as described. It's not a far walk to get into the center of town and there are plenty of tuctuc's for $10Q. The rooms were quite large. The bed was semi firm and comfortable. The views were wonderful, and the windows were very large. The kitchen had what was needed. The host and his family were quite friendly and tried to assist me when needed. I enjoyed the small garden to soak in the sun. There is a bus that can take you to and from the Guatemala city($60Q)one way. It is a long and treturious ride (4-5 hours) on a windy road. (April 2025) Negative: House next door under construction, so a lot of noise duringthe day. Dogs barking between 2-4 AM.
