We had a fabulous stay at Xenia's, and the staff at the house was super accomodating and professional. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, and really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the large grounds and garden and had a wonderful time with our family in this home. We enjoyed the location in the busy town of Panajachel. It is a few blocks up from the market, which is quieter while still being accessible and walkable to the main busy points in town. Highly recommend!!

The house was nice. The rancho y the pool were beautiful.

the description if it is suitable for the place but the photos need to be recent, the place no longer looks like the photos. Aura who is the host who welcomes you one is very kind and willing to help. When they arrive, make sure to count the cutlery because when we already delivered the house they were counted and a small spoon was missing and we were charged Q50.00 for the spoon.

An excellent place to relax with really cozy facilities and a staff that makes the stay really pleasant together with the host. If someone is thinking of staying in this place, it is 100% recommended

Several years ago I visited the accommodation with some friends, this time I booked the place and I didn't remember that I had already visited it, my family loved it and the facilities are in very good condition.

A very cozy house! Ideal to rest with a large family as it has several rooms, definitely a plus the help of Don Pascual; the house is very well equipped, you can enjoy nature with a very nice gardens, the view of the lake impressive and the relaxing theme and Jacuzzi that adds 100 points to the house. Of course I want to return with my family.

This property is magical! We are a family of 6 adults and everything about our stay was smooth from check-in to checkout. David went above and above to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. He helped us arrange transfer from Antigua and boat transfer to San Juan and San Marcos. A shout out to Melvin, our shuttle driver, and Marco our boat driver. David was flexible with our checkout time and was quick to respond to my many, many questions. The grounds are stunning! You will not be disappointed. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking around the exquisite grounds and jumping off the private dock into the refreshing lake. There are beautiful areas for yoga as well as workout equipment, which my son and son in law loved. The house is equipped with all the cooking essentials. Carlos is amazing and was available for anything we needed during our stay and set up a lovely fire for us one evening. My only regret was not booking this place longer.

Franko tries to answer any questions and offers advice and places to go. The staff are great and know how to cook.

We had a great time, we'll definitely be back with my family. The facilities are in good condition, clean, friendly with check-in and check-out, the lady who helped us in the kitchen was very good.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, ideal for large groups. It is fully equipped and does not lack any detail. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the pool and the beautiful views, the parking is very spacious. We were really satisfied and would definitely go back.

We had a fantastic stay at the property . The scenery and setting of this property is just serene . We were a group of 10 with adults and kids . The kids loved the place so much that they refused to even leave the property . Had a very restful 3 days of Christmas . We stayed over the Christmas break and walked to a nearby local church for the midnight service . Don Miguel ,,George and Theresa ( the helpers on the property ) were always available and very helpful . I wanted to leave a word of appreciation for Sylvia . She is super helpful and very responsive . Was always available to answer questions and provide a lot of helpful recommendations . By far the best Airbnb host that I have interacted with . Overall a wonderful experience

We had a great time at Carlos place ! People friendly they even took us on a boat to the closest beach , they offered cook service . He was friendly and fast to respond

We were very happy. The space is large and with an excellent layout so, even though there were many of us, we didn't feel like we were bumping into each other or that we didn't fit. The rooms have enough privacy and are necessary to accommodate large and medium-sized groups.

amazing house on the lake and so close to everything there's an amazing restaurant very close that we ate at pretty much every day it was so good called luinys and there's also an incredible selection just a few minutes walk all along the lake

The house is large and has many rooms. Juan was always available to solve problems. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but Juan was able to solve it right away. We will return again. Excellent place and service.

Nice place, very spacious, clean, with a spectacular lake view. In the kitchen, everything you need, well equipped. An inconvenience, in two rooms they do not cool the air conditioners and it would be good to place in the non-slip strip. I recommend the place, we would come back again.

Really good place to stay, just take in consideration the house is not close to the sea

The main house is a great spot for yoga, the kitchen is where I would spend the daylight hours, brightly coloured and airy. The outside space is very natural with trees, birdsong and squirrels. Bats at dusk. The lake is close for some spectacular views, the IMAP and nearby shop have everything you need for the kitchen. I enjoyed my time here 🙏🏼

Great place very peaceful and secluded if you’re looking to disconnect. Beautiful surroundings with games and watercraft’s for our entertainment! Don Manuel was very helpful and everyone in town was very friendly and helpful also. We had a great stay and great time. Just be ready for very steep terrain 4x4 recommended for peace of mind, but doable in a 2 wheel drive
