Mayra and her entire team were EXCEPTIONAL for lack of better words. I have never experienced anywhere else in the world the personalized, kind, and efficient service Mayra provides to her guests. The level of care and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The place was astonishingly beautiful, private and quiet. Perfect for a personal or family retreat. A very nice cabin to relax, comfortable and excellent service.

Very beautiful place. There is too calm, quite forest and the weather quite cool. It's too relaxing and a nice place to go as a couple.

The accommodation is as described. Food, safe, clean, with parking, fluid communication with staff. The place is nice and there are restaurants in the area, you can also cook in the cabin there is everything you need. Important that the final lapse at the destination is terracería and a small and low cart may have inconveniences, especially in the rainy season.

Best place ever 100% recommend it , we are definitely coming back with the whole family . If you’re like me, that like nature, but you’re afraid of wild animals this is the best place to go. You’re able to enjoy nature without being afraid. Besides the amazing customer service at the cabin ,an excellent service of the host , Evelyn always helping and making sure everything was perfect . Thank you so much , price was excellent for the great and high level of the cabin .

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! It is the most gorgeous and private airbnb weve ever stayed at. Emma & Chico where so nice and very attentive! The home looks exactly like the pictures if not better. It was very clean as well. The views are spectacular! The water was warm and the different terrace levels where awesome. Great content house for pictures and videos! The city life in Flores (30mins away) is awesome and theres lots to do there as well. Tikal National Park is a short drive away. Theres lots to do around town. You can hear the howler monkeys in the morning sometimes, really reminds you that your in a tropical oasis. Very kid friendly. We loved it and will recommend to all our friends and family.

This was such a special place to stay! So unique, cozy, warm, & charmingly rustic! We only stayed for a night but Felipe’s dogs became our best pals (they are so sweet & love all the pets!) super comfy bed, super nice hosts, lots of games, campfire, equipped kitchen… LOVE!

Was a stunning view from the Airbnb which we loved morning and night. It is a walk to get up so we recommend using the tuk tuk driver they suggest to help bring heavy luggage up and down at the start and end. The cabin does get very cold at night as there is no curtains and a slight opening at the top that lets the cold in and there wasn’t many places for us to store our things

Beautiful cabin in a very quiet street. We felt very safe. Very little traffic, and close to restaurants.

Great place to stay and get away from the city, the cabin is very cozy and the experience was simply great.

Beautiful property! The view from the porch was incredible. It was our favorite part of staying there. The cabin felt just like home. The property itself was beautiful and it was nice having access to the water. They do have sprinklers going during random times so you might get wet a little heading in or out but it’s a part of the fun! The kitchen was fully stocked and able to make meals there. Shower had hot water every time. It was hard to leave and will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in San Marcos.

Absolutely beautiful and cozy cabin in a very peaceful area. We loved it and will come back soon. The churrasquera and fire pit are a really nice addition to the property. Everything was perfect

Nice place for relaxing, David was very helpful. The showers are literally the best hot showers I’ve ever had in my life, not even exaggerating. So powerful and hot, and solar powered which was cool. It’s right in front of the Tzununa dock, but there was a lot of construction work on the public infrastructure when I was there (David mentioned it was terrible timing in peak season). I highly recommend not taking a suitcase there, and be prepared to be a little tired because everything requires walking up and down. You need to make sure you take ear plugs, because the cabins are next to the road and although it is only an occasional car, because they are wooden means it sounds like you are next to them. Basically 1 shop and 1 restaurant within a 10 minute walk, so it’s very secluded. Eat before 6pm or you’re not going to get any food without taking a tuk tuk into town. David was very helpful, would stay here again but definitely travel lighter.

We are a family of 4 (1 currently living in Guatemala) and we absolutely loved this home. Note that it is a family home passed down through generations and is a bit rustic, and requires visitors to be mindful. Some features such as the windows need to be treated with care. The grounds are extraordinary and walkable. The guardian Juan José was available to help if we needed anything including shopping for our BBQ. He lit an outdoor fire and we relaxed under the stars. We made use of paddle boards and kyack. I can't say enough about how helpful Joaquin was before during and after our stay. Thank you thank you

The most amazing oasis. Anything we needed, Tim and his team were there to help. One day my partner got really sick and Tim drove us on his personal boat to get gatorade to help. Kevin was amazing and always answered any questions. Katie was a pleasure to talk to during the chocolate making class and the massage was the best I have ever had. A must!
