A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! Magical stay right on the lake. We checked out all the other towns but this location was our favorite. The unit was very clean, gardens were incredible, and hosting team was very kind. Would love to visit again.

Awesome place! The host was super responsive and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's pretty straightforward to get everywhere if you use the boat guy (Pedro) suggested by the host. Having the soccer field was so fun, even in the rain! A small note - it's an eco-home, so there are some small differences like having to use bidets and the hot tub hours. The host is very up front about these things, just make sure that's okay with you when booking. We had a great time, would definitely come back :)

The best waterfront accommodation experience available in Lake Atitlán. The design and furnishings of the house are exquisite. We were attended by very friendly and helpful staff at the place. Ana Regina was always attentive to us.

Definitely a house that we would return to with my family, the area is quite spacious, with a green area, the volleyball court has a ball, the pool is very spacious and has direct access to the sea, ample parking for several cars (we had 3), the air conditioning worked perfectly for each area, the kitchen had everything you need, during our stay there was no TV, but it was not necessary since there was much to enjoy in the place, a place that we will return to next time.

We stayed in this house to celebrate my mother's birthday and her words were I FELT AT HOME, we had a great time and we left very happy, if we go back to El Paredón we will book the same place again. All the rooms were very clean and tidy, the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Another important thing to highlight is that the power went out in the village over the weekend and we were one of the few houses that had power because the house had its own generator, a 100 house. A house of 10.

Place was exactly how the pictures looked. clean, beautiful and Maria was very very accommodating! would highly recommend as it was a comfy and fun stay!

Another beautiful stay on the beach. The house is beautiful, but the best part is the outside area. The hammock, beachside bed, and all the outdoor seating are fantastic. Magali is a wonderful cook and was very kind. The location is excellent. There is a public path next to the house, but the pool and seats are higher and do not bother you. I have seen the notes about the smell in the upstairs bathroom - there is a smell, but leave the window open and remember you are on the beach. It's amazing.

second time in this villa, a house with a very good location, perfect for a group of friends and family. It does not have air conditioning but due to the way it is built, the air circulates throughout the house. We would go again

Located in Monterrico, 3hrs from the city and 1 hr from Puerto Quetzal. My church congregation stayed here for 1 night, and everyone was highly satisfied with their experience. Spacious, offering enough rooms to comfortably accommodate 21 people, including kids. It's also very private, featuring 2 swimming pools, with the main pool being large enough for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, it includes a BBQ area, making it an ideal choice for those looking to have a private gathering or a family getaway in a relaxed and accommodating setting. Also features an outdoor dining area, which we used for our Sunday worship. Olga, a lady who lives in a separate house within the compound, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. When we forgot to bring charcoal for the BBQ, she promptly sent her son to purchase it at a reasonable cost ensuring our convenience. Overall, this place is highly convenient, and I would definitely return for another stay with a large group. Highly recommended.
