The Loft is decorated in an old colonial style with beautiful handmade details by local artisans, which make the decoration and architecture a one-of-a-kind space. It is located on an old coffee farm, which is currently a private complex. Located 2 minutes from the old town and 5 minutes from the central park.

The place is very nice and hospitable. Recommended if you want to rest and get away from the city.

A very pleasant stay, Alisond was very kind in allowing us to check in long before the scheduled time and thus be able to enjoy the place without carrying our luggage. The room is very clean and cozy. I would definitely go back.

Amabely was so helpful and communicative. The place is as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located. Morelia received us and was so sweet and helpful. We really got a homie Guatemalan experience. You do need to bring your own towels and higiene products. Other than that, everyone adults and kids loved our stay.

Charlotte was a wonderful, communcative host, Jovi was very helpful and sweet. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The garden area was perfect for relaxing. There was beach towels, chairs and an umbrella to use which was awesome! Overall fantastic experience. Would definitely come back.

The surroundings in the middle of nature are beautiful. The lake is just THERE ! Only four minute walk to get to public transportation to Tikal or Las Flores. Louis is welcoming and a great host. Louis is very knowledgeable about the surroundings. Thank you Louis !

I really enjoyed my stay here, the views were beautiful, and it was close enough to the village to be accessible but far enough away to be peaceful (5-10 min walk to village restaurants and easy access to docks to catch boats to other villages on the lake). The house was very nice and clean, as pictured. Elaine does have several friendly dogs on the premises, so if you aren’t a dog person that’s something to be aware of, but if you like dogs (like me) there’s always a pup around to pet. Elaine was very helpful and friendly, she picked us up in Panachel (a service she offers for a reasonable fee) which made funding the house much easier and remained communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would stay again!
