The place and location is amazing. Great Airbnb with lots of potential but the place does need a few upgrades. Miguel was amazing, responsive, and attentive. David is also very accommodating and provides everything you need to know regarding restaurants, excursions, chefs etc. I would recommend this place and host to anyone!

This is a beautiful loft. They have stocked it with absolutely anything you might need. The decor is well done. The local host is very kind. As a few others have mentioned, the gate is a bit tricky to get a car (or in our case SUV) in and out, but the neighbor was kind each and helped us each time we wanted to take the car out. We also took Uber quite often, which was simple and inexpensive. The apartment is a short walk to Central Park. In a group, during the day, the walk was easy. Food delivery is simple and many things are nearby. It was a great place to work for a few days in the middle of our trip.

A tranquil cobblestone street is lined with lush green hedges and vibrant blooming flowers. Colorful colonial-style buildings with varying facades can be seen on the right, while parked cars and a bicycle add to the charming ambiance of the neighborhood.

So about a week before going to Antigua, Karla called me and said that there had been a mix up and her place was unavailable. BUT, she found another place for me through a friend and even comped the price, as it was more expensive. The place ended up being very nice and a bit closer to the center. We were very thankful for Karla’s assistance and our time in Antigua was perfect!

Very cute, clean and cozy. We spent an afternoon lounging by the pool and loved it. Perfect for our quick 2 night stop in Antiqua. I wouldn’t stay longer because it is very small, but perfect for my trip. I thought the bed was fine but my friend found it very firm. One thing to note is the WiFi is fine but not super great. It cut out a bit and was only 20-30 download speed.

A fairly accessible place to the airport and close to the central areas of the city. They were also quite understanding and willing to help with a small accident we had, they helped us reach an agreement to resolve it. Quite friendly and a very nice place, comfortable and with everything you need.

It is a place that fits the needs of the traveler, the studio style allows one to have relaxation spaces each separate from the other, it also has ecofilter so the bottled water might not be necessary. Located on Avenida 10 which is the most current today, very close to the amenities offered by Guatemala City, safe and accessible.

An outdoor terrace features a circular fire pit surrounded by four white lounge chairs on a tiled surface. Green climbing plants add a natural touch against the white walls, creating a relaxed space for gatherings or quiet moments.

This place was very nice and cozy, everything was very close, shops, restaurants and easy access. The apartment is very nice, colonial and has everything you need. Thanks to Jose for always being attentive to all our needs. I really recommend it and I would definitely stay here again :)

It’s a beautiful, comfortable and peaceful place! Not only a gorgeous view of the lake but also the fact that you are surrounded by nature, birds, cute squirrels, trees; it’s a perfect place to rest, to enjoy yourself and the Lake (Tzununa is a great swimming area compared to the “big” villages). The hosts also are super friendly and helpful! Although it’s a little trekking to get to the house, it totally pays off!

The place smells delicious, it is 3 blocks from the national palace. First-class service, super clean and Jessica is very attentive. I would not hesitate to return. Very comfortable with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, kitchen, the balcony allows you to take some impressive photos. Everything is very photogenic and above all the building is super safe with 24-hour surveillance.

This was the single most perfect stay in the most paradise location. Carmen is a SUPERB host, so communicative and kind, and she has some wonderful local recommendations - definitely make sure you ask for her restaurant suggestions! I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Antigua - this listing is extremely safe, clean, and truly feels like stepping onto the pages of a travel magazine. I cannot wait to come back!!!

Phenomenal! We were here for my son's 11th birthday and it was the ideal place for relaxation and celebration. Aidas home was home away from home. Perfect for just me and my husband to spend the weekend in xela. It has its own parking space which made it really easy to go and come as we pleased. The location is great and very safe. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any of our Friends.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. The place was just as described. Siu is very attentive and responds immediately to messages. It is centrally located but not in the hustle and bustle of the center, within walking distance of all major attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has everything for cooking, but the truth is that you don't really need it because Antigua has many alternatives of excellent places to eat. When I returned, I left some things behind and Siu immediately contacted me to report them and get them to me in Guatemala. When I return to Antigua, I will definitely look for this place.

The month at Catalina Apartments was fantastic. The building is beautifully put together, with art, open spaces and a rooftop area - complete with gym, sitting area, and views across the city. The room was extremely clean, and had all I needed for my stay. Edwin is friendly, helpful and responsive. I'd definitely stay again if I was in Xela.
