An excellent choice, we loved the place for the comfortable and beautiful. Without hesitation, it will be our first choice when returning.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great comfy bed, lots of packing space, one bedroom has much bigger TV than of the photo, so it was a nice surprise - Netflix, YouTube and all the rest available. Great WiFi, desk and a chair to work. The kitchen had enough equipment to prepare home meals. There was no coffee machine, but we left French press coffee maker as a present for future guests. For us, the location was great - walkable to shops, markets and the central plaza. Xelapan (amazing bakery), cheap laundromat and convenience store were all a short walk away. Sonia and her team were very nice, weekly cleaning was a bonus. If we come back to Xela, we will definitely stay at the apartment again.

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Everything is very nice

First place we stayed in Guatemala! Absolutely recommend. We arrived around 12AM the check in was effortless. The apartment was very clean and the highlight for our family was the kids spaces and pool. After a day of flying I was really happy the kids could play in a safe place. You won’t regret booking this apartment! Great host!

A very nice apartment, cozy inside and a spectacular terrace where you can enjoy yourself to the fullest. There is everything nearby, a supermarket and many restaurants and bars downstairs! The host Nydia is always very attentive to everything, I would definitely come back!

An amazing place! Comfortable and with excellent taste in decor. We loved the cleanliness of the place, you could smell the cleanliness. Details that make a difference.

Everything was great. A few issues with one of the beds but everything else was fine. Good cleanliness and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Thank you Hellen for being kind, helpful and responding quickly to my questions. The place is cozy, you can feel at home, although there is no microwave, in case your food gets cold you should use the stove. It has a beautiful view, the place is safe and quiet, the residents are very friendly and polite. You can order food through the app, although they take a while because there is always traffic. Ubers know those towers, so they'll take you there without a hitch. 100% recommended

I gave 5 stars but check-in was not amazing at all. The reception did not find the form to fill. I arrived late and still wanted to try to get something to eat in a restaurant. Unfortunately I had to spend too much time at check-in, communicate with the co-host, try to make the reception be more pro-active and in the end just had time for some fast food. That was not amazing at all. Why do they not den d the form before arrival? It would be easy to fill and send back and all would be smooth!
