Incredible home and surroundings. Amazing views from back of the home. You wake up with breathtaking views of The Volcan de Fuego. You couldn't pass up morning walks. That entire grounds were accessible and well maintained. The home was immaculate with all of the rooms ready for us. Living area had a smooth flow from the front of the home to the back. Great open space design! We chose this home for two reasons. One so my entire family can stay together, and to be as close as possible to Antigua. Two, we also wanted to celebrate our wedding in a beautiful surrounding that would be memorable. This home did that without a problem. Alejandra, representative of Asesores, was in contact with us from the beginning to the end. Answered all of our questions, our requests, and made our stay stressless. The owners Debbie and Carlos were amazing hosts. They were super helpful with the wedding preparations. The staff were amazing. We would certainly come back and stay at Casa Cristal!

Irving was a great host! Very accommodating and helpful. We were able to easily arrange a hike for Pacaya Volcano with his help. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing stay! The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the area. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, spotless, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Rony fue excelente, contesta rápido, es muy amable y amigable. El lugar estaba muy bien. Encontré un par de areas sin limpiar y bastantes hormigas . La playa esta un poco lejos a nuestro sentir y sucia pero es algo que no queda en manos de Rony. El servicio al cliente de Rony es excelente merece mil estrellas 🌟 . Y el chico que estaba trabajando en la casa y limpiaba la piscina fue muy amable ,nos llevó manguitos y nos apoyo a ir por cosas a la tienda. Fue muy amena nuestra estadía. El super 24 queda re cerca, si necesitas algo puedes ir en una carrera. Mis perritos amaron el lugar, se sentian seguros y nuestros hijos también. Recomendaré el lugar a más personas. Gracias Rony

precioso alojamiento en mi tierra bella lo recomiendo al 100% ...comunicación con el anfitrión de primera....seguridad en el establecimiento al 100 y dentro del departamento todo lo necesario para el diario vivir....y la tecnología no se diga todo de primera....sera mi primera opción en una nueva visita.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Die Aussicht vom Airbnb ist sehr schön und das Airbnb ist sehr stielvoll und modern eingereicht und hat eine große Ausstattung! Diego hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war hilfreich. Das Airbnb liegt in einer guten Umgebung. Es wäre schön wenn der Check in etwas später sein würde.

Mauricios apt was great as usual. It was very clean and had everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The communication, check in and check out were were great and the location is superb. Very short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again in the future

Perfect place for exactly what I needed! Comfy bed and great wifi! The hosts are also incredibly lovely people. So great to talk to. And they cooked an amazing breakfast with coffee in the morning! They were also very helpful with everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this place :)

Palacio de Dona Beatriz is in a secure gated community. It is very safe and quiet. The facility is more beautful than the photos. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfasts were outstanding and generous. We booked out the whole place for my family to stay while attending my son's wedding. We were busy, with odd hours and stressed at times. The staff was flexible and smoothed the way for us. Everyday! If you think Palacio de Dona Beatriz will meet your needs I would look no further. They have my highest recommendation!

Candis and her family were welcoming and provided a home away for home. The place is situated in a beautiful, tranquil, and private section of the lake. If you’re looking to get away from people, while remaining close to the town and all its amenities and restaurants, you cannot go wrong with Candis’ offerings. It is a beautiful experience walking through Milpas to get to her locale, and doing the same in the morning and walking beside local farmers working their land. At night, you’ll be fortunate to be coo’ed to sleep with a harmony of birds and insects singing to you. Wake up early and take a swim off their pier, eat some amazing breakfast prepared by Isa, and feel every second pass by slower than anywhere else in this world. I hope to be fortunate enough to stay with Candis and her wonderful, beautiful, and sincere family. The hospitality and connection made here is an experience I’ll carry with me for a lifetime.
