The accommodation is great, 10 minutes walk to the center and the beach. Secure parking and we can use the pool 24/7. Recommended.

The place is very quiet, comfortable and safe, excellent location. Good communication with the host.

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. The grounds of building are excellent two pools, BBQ areas, etc. It's a well thought out building.

We spent 4 nights, and Mike was a great host! We appreciated the great recommendations for food and which beaches to go to. He was super responsive and helpful. He even had beach chairs for us to use. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and we had some of the best nights sleep on our trip at this apartment.

Place is great and located very close to the main strip, just about a 5 mins walk to restaurants & about 10-15 min walk to the beach. Shower is not outdoor but there is no ventilation or AC located in the washrooms, so washrooms were very humid at times. There is a floor to ceiling window that provides ventilation but you are not visible from the outside, it is completely blocked / covered

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nosara. Close to everything, including a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, cafés, hotels and bars. The home felt very safe and secure. The information about the area that the host provided was extremely helpful in putting together an itinerary. The outdoor patio was a highlight as a shady spot to enjoy time outdoors. I would stay here again.

This stay was absolutely perfect—so thoughtful and well put together. The host had truly thought of everything, from the cozy touches to the little details that made it feel like home. I especially appreciated the coffee setup, the snacks, the camping chairs for relaxing outside, the phone chargers, and how easy check-in and check-out were. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach and stores. The host also responded quickly to any messages, which made everything even more seamless. Totally recommend!

Very nice clean comfortable condo. Also feels safe. Beach at Playa Langasto is very rocky and not for swimming but beautiful for a walk as others have noted. The pools are very nice and not crowded at all. We drove to other beaches. Some good restaurants in walking distance. We did an excursion to La Leona if you’re up for an adventure it’s a fun time!

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

Fantastic stay at this condo. For two people the condo is large but if you could swing it financially, do it. The extra room was great to have. Kitchen was complete. Anything you need was there. Bedrooms were big with their own bathrooms. Definitely would recommend this condo. I’ll be back. Tony

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

This was our 3rd stay at Playa Sel Coco in the Playa del Sol community and our 2nd stay at Justin's. Access is easy, the community is very quiet, mostly retired people, and everyone is very nice. I had a sore throat and Steve helped me find a good syrup, while his wife picked us up with a beautiful smile on our arrival and offered our children to play with the other children. Dany, our neighbor, explained to us where to buy fresh fish! We were careful to respect them and we asked the children to be quiet. Everything was perfect! The beach is within walking distance and the excellent Mar Azul restaurant is close too! We took the car to go to maxi pali and playa Hermosa to swim and to go to the Ginger restaurant that I recommend to everyone! The space was very clean. There was coffee, laundry soap, and dishwashing soap. There were beach chairs and a cooler! We'll be back!

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The sunsets over the ocean from the pool were incredible! The best view of any place we’ve stayed! We had an incredible time as a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including oil and seasonings! Beds were comfy, place was very clean. There were chair floats and noodles for the pool. We have zero complaints— thankful for a wonderful family getaway with our elementary aged kids. Definitely book this place!

My second time staying at this Villa! We decided to bring my daughters and grandchildren so they could experience a part of Costa Rica. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. Best part of our vacation was the Chefs I hired to cook dinners for us, Chef Felix & Chef Arlen. Villa was perfect for multi generations to enjoy!

Beautiful setting with great vistas, bird watching and jungle noises. In the middle of Costa Rican nature. Clever and imaginative layout. Great for two couples. Would not recommend for young children. Negotiating the rough and steep road took a little getting used to. Was perfect distance from hectic Tamarindo. Nice grocery store nearby. Pastora was sweet and always ready to help. I’d certainly stay there again!

Awesome place to stay! Located in the heart of town but still secluded from all the busy-ness. Very walkable to the beach and the town. So many great spots to eat and shop. Jacqueline is a great host, she gave great recommendations!

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

Casa Plumería is a spectacular house with open spaces. A modern one-story house with bright and cool areas, which allow you to greatly enjoy all the spaces. We thought the kitchen was very complete for a beach house and we loved the grill area with an outdoor refrigerator to enjoy the pool. The bonfire pit was definitely a bonus. Everything was clean and tidy, making our vacation perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely be back! Nikou is an excellent host who does his best to make your stay as perfect as possible. The place is very spacious and quiet. There is no Tv, but there are so many activities to keep you busy on the premises you don't really need one. It's about an 10 min drive to Playa Pelada and Guiones. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Nosara!
