Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the serene views to the little touches that made it special. The place is lovely! The location is fantastic, right on the beach and next door to a restaurant and bar with great food. It's just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, but still close enough to easily walk by way of the beach. For me the location was ideal. The room was comfortable and cute. The host was kind and helpful. She set up a hammock on the beach for me, which made for a warm welcome. I was satisfied and would happily stay here again.

All I can say is wow! Ocho Artisan Bungalows give you an authentic feel for Costa Rica in Tamaraindo mixing both jungle with beach! Mika, Miya and Priscilla were amazing - catering to our every need. Priscilla was so informative and kind setting us up with a Catamaran, waterfall tour, couples massage and ziplining, all of which I highly recommend. The bungalow itself was exactly as pictured- clean and beautiful. Pool was nice and refreshing (shallow) and the beach less than a 2 min walk - through the resturant/bar with the best sunset views. Nightlife was unreal in town (Sara's and Chiquitas have live music often) but you barely have to leave Ocho - in fact we walked the beach to find something as nice and felt great about our choice as no other beach club had couches and the vibes we have at Ocho (DJ s at night were amazing). Highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Tamarimdo - we will be back!

This is a beautiful house, very confortable with everything you need for a great vacation. Close to several beaches, even a little private one within walking distance. Wide rooms, nice pool. Supportive team VERY responsive helping us with questions and little maintenance needs. I would happy stay here again, just be aware that it needs some maintenance here and there and internet is very slow.

Incredible Bungalow on the famous Playa Grande surf break! We loved the privacy of the bungalow with the amenities of Las Tortugas steps away! The house was perfect for our family and we felt so comfortable with our daughter running around the property- she especially loved the monkeys! The home was very clean and offered all of the essentials (cook wear, etc). We will definitely be back!

The hosts were so incredibly kind and met us when we arrived. The place was immaculate and we felt right at home. It felt like we were locals! I’d definitely stay again!

The best host that we ever had. Everything was perfect to the last detail. They are great people, very friendly, respectful and excellent in general. The casita was super clean, a lot of space, with everything that you could need. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from very good restaurants in the zone. We loved the place.

Everything was super nice, super cozy

Very nice place! The howler monkeys will join you some of the nights so dont be scared and also be prepared with a lot of mosquito repellent! Great location and facilities were great, there is no microwave which could be helpfull for some.

We enjoyed the time very much. The house is spacious and quiet. The pool is very nice, we were able to relax very well. Clean laundry room. Well stocked kitchen. By car, you can quickly get to Samara.

Very good vibes!! Kind hosts and they had a few pets that were a joy as well.

Love’s place is very peaceful, is a wonderful space to chill, the road outside is very low transit but close to everything (great location) and the pool is so pretty!

This hexagon house was both interesting and comfortable. This area of Costa Rica appeals to me greatly as a Canadian snowbird because it doesn’t require AC. At just over 2000 feet elevation and with constant breezes It is very comfortable. The location of this house is in a good area not far from the town of Arenal where you will most likely get your groceries and do your banking. There are many good restaurants in the area. This house would be a good stay for someone staying longer than just a few days. The beds were very comfortable too. Spotting a pair of white faced monkeys in the trees behind the house on day five was a thrill.
