Vacation rentals with breakfast in Guanacaste Province

Our family has a wonderful stay at Ulfran’s! Ulfran cut down coconuts for our family and taught us how to open them. The property is beautiful and filled with birds and monkeys. We loved being woken up by howler monkeys every morning! The location was very close to many activities… Sloth’s paradise down the road was the highlight of our trip! We saw frogs, eyelash viper snakes and sloths up close and in their natural habitat (not a zoo or caged area - completely natural).

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family of seven. Very clean, comfortable, the pool and the outside was enjoyable for hanging out during the hot afternoon hours. Walkable to the beach and great restaurants. House is right in the center of town but felt nestled away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was responsive and helped us with getting golf carts and daily activities. We have been to Nosara several times and this was rated the best by our teenagers! Will definitely come again.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

The house was just as described! Plenty of space for our large family! The grounds and house were immaculate. The view and the sunset were amazing! Just secluded enough to feel private and yet very close to the marina for excursions and beach! We would definitely come back. Ricardo was very helpful from the beginning and helped with any and everything we asked

The place was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, it was just a short walk away from the beach. The host was fantastic, and we had great communication throughout my stay. They were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation close to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The house is larger than the pictures make it out to be, and their host and concierge services were the best I’ve experienced. Air conditioning in every room, and plenty of space. Location is about a 15-20 min walk to the “start” of the beach, but recommend renting a golf cart as the road is busy and you’re uphill on the way back. One thing to be aware of is there isn’t much shade in the back by the pool during the heat of the day. Only one sun umbrella was available and handful of lounge chairs. We also found the kitchenware, particularly the knives, to be quite worn out, so consider bringing some of your own if you plan on making meals. Excellent stay, great value.

This was a perfect home for our group. Beautiful and relaxing location. Check-in was a breeze, beds were comfortable, and everything in great condition.

All I have to say is wow… everything about this place is perfect. The space is gorgeous and private. It feels like you’re tucked away in a luxurious tree house! The location doesn’t get better than this- walkable to the beach and restaurants. And it feels very safe too. The hosts were so kind and responded immediately when I needed anything. Trust me, you won’t regret your decision to stay here. I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment has all the amenities for a stay in Tamarindo. It is located next to the Sofia Restaurant, which is a great alternative to go to. The location is undoubtedly very convenient as it is a 100-meter walk from Playa Tamarindo and very close to Playa Langosta. Communication with the owners was very quick and they were always available. Even to provide us with some extra details for the house. Recommended for both a short or longer stay. The place was very nice and exactly as pictured and described. The beds were super comfortable too, and the washer and dryer were a nice convenience. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler were also provided. The views were absolutely amazing from the unit and the rest of the property. The pool area was awesome and a very close walk! We also very much enjoyed the beach and restaurants In the area. As other reviews have said, you definitely need a golf cart to navigate in and out of the property (you can use your car but it’s also hard to park in town and at the beach), but the concierge will assist with that upon request. The whole staff was super nice and helpful! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a fantastic stay at Ever’s place in Monteverde! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt really homely thanks to all the little touches Ever added — from cooking essentials in the kitchen to nice shower gel in the bathroom. It made such a difference having those thoughtful extras while travelling. Ever was a wonderful host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for exploring Monteverde, and we felt so comfortable and well looked after during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful property with walking paths through forest and garden areas. Abundant wildlife. Spectacular hosts who thought of everything! Highly recommend and look forward to returning some day!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere is peaceful, incredibly relaxing, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic, and having a chat with Paul was truly a blessing. Thank you, Paul and Carole, for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Everything was great during our stay. The location is perfect, near the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The room has everything you will probably need, also the shared kitchen is well equiped. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was definitely the best part of our stay.

Lovely little beachside cottage where the sound of the ocean rocks you to sleep. The location could not be more convenient to the beach and all of Samara’s action. Good AC, slept like a baby! The staff is also lovely. Be aware that this apartment doesn’t have its own kitchen - however, there is a shared fridge you can use for beers! Samara is a wonderful place - one of my favorite beaches to swim in in CR. Lots of warm and welcoming people. Live music all around.

A unique opportunity to stay in a rustic cabin within walking distance of a private beach on the property. Abundant wildlife on the property including monkeys. The bioluminescence tour was the highlight.

We feel so blessed to have experienced Kristopher and Marie’s one-of-a-kind Airbnb accommodation. It is thoughtfully curated for those who are seeking an authentic experience nestled amongst Monteverde’s symbolic cloud forest. From the moment we arrived, they spared no expense in making us feel right at home by explaining all the features and amenities, providing us with a reservoir of information on local activities and for always being accessible. The inclusive daily breakfast was deliciously unforgettable, especially the homemade sourdough avocado toast and açaí bowl. We slept like babies every night and relished the breathtaking views. Marie also offers a morning yoga class which was the perfect way to start off the day. We genuinely enjoyed every second and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be immersed with nature.

Kyna and Elmer (...and Mogli) are great hosts. They made me feel very comfortable when I was there solo after my wife and daughter went back to the US a few days before I did. And the villas are very quiet and peaceful....very relaxing. Breakfast every morning was healthy and delicious. And whether you are a surfer or just a beach lover, the ocean (Playa Avellana) is truly a very short walk away from the villas. I have been traveling in Costa Rica for many years, and this place stands out as one of the best. I would stay (and probably will) there again for sure!

George is an incredible host, from the minute one made me feel at home, in addition we had the opportunity to have a very pleasant talk, he is a very smart person and with a lot of knowledge, I would definitely come back, I take many local recommendations as well as literary and a very good experience.

Dalia was so nice and gave us a warm welcome. We felt like family! There was another woman there that was also extremely nice. The breakfast was perfect! Great pitstop 20 minutes away from the airport. We ordered an uber to the airport and it was nice and easy. If we need a spot near the airport in the future we will definitely be back here! Maureen’s place was perfectly situated near the national park but close enough to other activities that we weren’t spending our days in the car. Very peaceful and wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers.
