Beach house vacation rentals in Grover Beach

Mauri was one of the BEST hosts I’ve ever had on AirBnB. Her instructions, guidance, responsiveness and kindness were an added bonus to this beautiful, family friendly beach house. Loved everything about it! Our 8-year-old granddaughter cried when we left and said she wanted to come back for he 9-year birthday to THIS HOUSE! Easy access to the beach and a short distance from Pismo made for a perfect long weekend!

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

The house was so beautiful, and Melissa was very nice. The house has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Melissa always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home and would definitely want to stay there again.

Very nice place kept very clean. The kitchen is in real need of improvement. If you like to cook, consider bringing some kitchen supplies.

This place was amazing. Great location, spotless and very easy communication. Everything is clean and we didn't lack anything. There are lots of extra amenities and it is very well maintained. Quiet street and there is a lot to do within about 30 minutes: Hearst Castle, San Simeon, Pismo, SLO, Avila, Kayaking, Hiking, etc.... and walkable (10mins) to the beach with a great view of Morro Rock & Bay. Would def. rent again and recommend!

My children and I loved our stay. It was cozy and the beds were so great to sleep in as well as linens. We loved it! Felt like home. Another plus, were the washers and dryers available to use. We stayed longer than a week and it made it easier and faster to do laundry with 2 washers and dryers available. Amber was very prompt at responding and fixing a couple of issues I encountered during our stay. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Our family stay at the property was great! The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The property is in a prime location, easy walk to the beach, pier, and many restaurants in the area. Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive to questions. Could not have asked for more, we will return.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our family. The house was stocked with everything we could needed. The beds were very comfortable and our family loved the space and pool room. We loved hearing the frogs at night. We bought chairs and a table for the beach.

The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

Robyn is a great host. Beautiful house, clean, she is very approachable and reachable when we had questions, and always there to offer assistance. We would definitely come back.

You will not be disappointed. Great location and quiet.

This place was perfect for our family of six and a dog! It’s quiet and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, which we took full advantage of. People mention not being able to park their SUVs in the garage, but we had no issue with that and have quite a large one. My only complaint is that I wish there were a king bed in the master, but we made do with the queen and would certainly stay there again!

It was a stunning place, and extremely clean and cared for… plenty of space and looked exactly like the photos. fit 8 of us very very comfortably!! the host was very responsive and accommodating, will definitely be staying here again!!

Everything is exactly as pictures but we super appreciated the quality bed linens and mattresses! Something even the best hosts often let slide. Had a great time exploring the central coast and using Avila as a home base. Garage was filled with all the beach necessities (even beach hats! Which I didn’t realize I forgot until I saw theirs). The restaurants around the corner and at the end of the pier were all delicious. Only regret is that we never roasted s’mores on the rooftop! We left our skewers for the next guests to enjoy.

Super responsive, friendly hosts. Beautiful gift basket and other welcoming touches. We will be back!

Well stocked kitchen, wonderful bath towels, beach towels available, local sightseeing tips, awesome communication, comfortable beds, all around positive experience. Wish we didn't have to leave.

Having recently spent this weekend my wife and I are looking forward to a return trip. As expected the weather was overcast, windy and cool. Needless to say we spent a good deal of our time inside, relaxing and enjoying the warmth that this cozy hideaway has to offer. As advertised Surf n Vine is plenty spacious, extremely well equipped and the overall layout is awesome. My wife was very pleased with all that this home has to offer. This visit we brought our frenchie. For the next stay we hope to bring our grandchildren as well to enjoy an active summer vacation. As my wife stated the kitchen layout and lots of barstool seating lends itself to some awesome family time, prepping and enjoying meals. Morro Rock views from the deck, barbecuing fresh steaks and enjoying the cool, coastal weather is how we enjoyed our 45th wedding anniversary. Really looking forward to our next stay. We loved the place! We love the outdoors and the location of this place is outstanding! Just minutes from world-class bird viewing. The house was impeccable with a kitchen so well supplied that it rivalled ours at home! Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Don’t hesitate to book! This is a perfect place to stay, & the host is so helpful & quick to respond to any questions you might have. Hot tub is an added bonus (and the wine and coffee gift card!) & pups loved the outdoor space.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Peggy was such a a sweet host and her place shows thoughtfulness throughout. Not only very clean but perfectly stocked with just about everything u would need. The whole house has little touches throughout that made the stay so comfortable and convenient. We will be forevermore staying here for future visits to this area.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is very close to the beach and the boardwalk! Our kids enjoyed the cozy family room and the garage stocked with beach toys!
