Condo vacation rentals in Grover Beach

I loved the location of this room. I felt safe at all times. The bed was the most comfy on earth! The location is perfect for beach combers and is a very convenient location for visiting the other local beaches and fun beach shopping and dinning. My brother will be renting this same unit in May. I will be back next year for sure!!

Amber’s place was very nice! Close to beach, Pismo and Morro Bay! Hearst Castle was just over an hour! My Granddaughter and I had a Great Getaway! Thank you Amber Donna & Sammers

Had a great time at Ambers place ! The place is super comfy and home-like. While the space isn’t too big, our group of 7 fit perfectly. Everything was what we expected and Amber is awesome !! The only downside that may be a problem for some is the noise from the tenants upstairs. You can hear them walking up & down the stairs and you can hear their conversations pretty clearly as well. We didn’t care too much for the noise but just a warning for future guests! Thank you Amber for the opportunity to stay here, we had the best time & will definitely return!

I really enjoyed this place it’s absolutely perfect for what I needed, I travel a lot here and it’s it the perfect location, it was also so clean and all my needs were met! Definitely coming back here for many more of my travel trips !

Hi David and Tammy, this is Art Burgos - finally got back home, I didn't bring my laptop (glad to get away from it) Had a wonderful time your home is beautiful my wife and I walked to the beach and dinner, my wife was happy to see a fireplace (we have 3 fireplaces in our home) One thing I might suggest was to consider installing is a 1 hour timer on your fireplace instead of a switch - we were good and only used it a short time before bed, Ihave one in my bedroom and love that I don't have to get up to shut it off - I did not contact house cleaning, I recently had to purchase a new phone and made this reservation on my computer

I want to thank Vince and Emily for letting my family stay at their wonderful place. It was literally next to everything. Perfect location and it also has a garage. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall great little spot hidden away behind the dunes. The place was super clean and a short walk from the beach. David was helpful & responsive. We stayed a whole month before our move to arroyo grande from Texas and would do it again no questions asked!

Great location so close to the beach with easy parking! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and loved being able to send the kids down the street to enjoy the beach. The accommodations included everything we needed!

Great place with excellent views of the bay and harbor. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Fireplaces came in handy for chilly days. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. We definitely enjoyed our visit.

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

This location was incredible. I enjoyed this place for a 50th girls trip getaway with 8 ladies total. The open floor plan, full amenities, comfortable beds, including the studio sofa bed made for an amazing relaxing getaway. The roof top balcony was incredible with the multiple fire pits and seating and hot tub with breathtaking views!!! Thank you for the great stay!

The rental company was really responsive and proactively checked in on us. The apartment is quite basic but the location was fabulous. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, monarch butterfly grove and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The trash cans were hard to find but the company emailed us a map right away.

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

The place was as described and met our needs for our 1 night stay. It was clean and comfortable and the location is great!

We have stayed at this location before. The condo meets all our needs. Having the elevator to reach the second floor location of the condo is essential for my son who has a walking challenge. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could cook some meals. The location is perfect with the ocean so close we could hear the waves. Lots of things to do within walking distance. This is our happy place.

Very clean and simple. No thrills but definitely worth it

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

Perfect spot for our spring break getaway. Beautiful place with all the necessary pieces of beach equipment — chairs, coolers, toys to play with, and even a surfboard! Would highly recommend!

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

We always like to come down to Pismo as a family and try to find a home that fits our needs. But this home is a prefect getaway, has everything we needed. Views are stunning especially during the sunset. A short 2 min walk to restaurants and shops and the best part is it’s right next to the beach just as the pictures! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip.
