Pond Front Guest House Escape in the Foothills

Escape to the mountains in this 2 story, one bedroom plus sleeping loft guest home - right on a gorgeous fishing pond. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet minutes to Starbucks, a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more! No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
