If you want a place to relax and to feel at home with a peaceful and cozy home you should book with Kyle. His home makes you feel your home while having a safe surrounding in case of an emergency. Also if you have a problem with anything Kyle fast at responding in case of any emergency. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone passing by and needing a place to stay for the night.

The view from this cottage alone is worth the price of admission. Add to that, plenty of space, great amenities like a hot tub and a pool table and you have a perfect getaway. Sami was welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this spot. My suggestion is that you bring food to prepare so you don’t have to drive out for food. That way you can enjoy as much of the surroundings as possible.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! It was just close enough to Mariposa or Oakhurst for a bite to eat, but it was just far enough to enjoy a nice, quiet time to relax at the house. It is located about 45 minutes from the South Entrance of Yosemite, which was a plus for hikers like us. We definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful home away from home!

This was our second stay here. Our daughter's family lives in the neighborhood and this is the perfect location for us to stay while visiting. It is quiet, comfortable and just what we need. The yard is very cute and we love to look at the animals with our grandchildren. We lucked out and saw the planets aligned from the driveway on the 25th, as it is dark enough to view the stars without city lights. Don and Lori are great hosts- there are treats and fresh eggs in the fridge, and everything we needed was right there. We will be back.

We loved our stay and Nick was a responsive and kind host. Was a short trip but we felt very cozy. The home is beautiful and you are close to lots of amazing outdoor experiences. Has all the appliances and tools you might need to make dinner! And extremely reasonable and understandable check out instructions.

We absolutely loved staying here! After a long day hiking, soaking in the hot tub with a beautiful and peaceful view, was perfect! I have resided at Marilyn's cottage years before making for a very pleasant return. Updates to the place were well-placed, improving an already fantastic place. This speaks to Marilyn's eye for the importance of details as it relates to comfort. I would stay again.

The place was very spacious and clean. Wife, dog, and I had a peaceful weekend getaway. Neighborhood was very quiet and private.

This sweet cottage was more magical than we even expected! We were surprised by all of the thoughtful touches, the decor, excellent cooking utensils, coffee, snacks, and so much more. It felt like we were staying in a secret tree house and the patio created the most calming space for outdoor meals and relaxing. The location was quiet, very convenient and just the right size for two. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this space again!

Phenomenal place if you're looking to get away from everything and enjoy your privacy. We brought or pets and they LOVED it. Super clean. Stocked with more than necessary, thoughtful things: Games, coffee, tea, etc. Highly recommend.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

My stay at the cozy cottage was very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for my arrival. I was there for over a month and had very few issues. Andy was very responsive with the few concerns I had.

We used this location as our base camp to Yosemite and it was nice to be able to cook and do laundry after a couple of long days of hiking!

Audra and Tal took great care of us! The property is beautiful, it's such a nice peaceful nature get away. We enjoyed waking up with the sunrise and stargazing at night. You can tell they're very thoughtful about managing their property and creating a very relaxing environment. Definitely would love to go back!!

Michael and Lynne’s airbnb was the perfect place to stay for our visit. My husband was able to easily work remotely at the dining table or in the living room. The king bed was comfortable, and the area was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay again next time we go to Chico!

As soon as we stepped in, I knew I wanted to return. Beautifully appointed accommodation, meticulous details. Peaceful and quiet and yet very convenient to the heart of Nevada City downtown. Ione is a helpful and responsive host. A wonderful experience.

Lynn was responsive and patient with all my questions. Her place is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. She contacted me right away when I had an emergency. There are tiny special touches Lynn includes in her home that made our stay comfortable and relaxed. How to come back again!

Great location walking distance from the slopes?

John and Elizabeth are very kind and I enjoyed chatting with them. Their property is beautiful and in a lovely part of Quincy. Town is just a short drive and quite scenic. The cabin was super clean and cozy with an amazing view of their property. It was very quiet and serene and we had fun exploring the property. We saw birds and ducks and geese. Ours was a short visit but we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend a stay at The Cat Tail Cottage.

We had a great time in Nevada City! Easy location for walking into town. Dog friendly!
