Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

The Alpspitzblick apartment is in a quiet location in the Garmisch district. The Hausberg ski area and the city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The apartment has TV and WiFi. Stanzetta: neues Miniapartment, EG

The mini apartment "Stanzetta" for up to 2 people (approx. 25 m2) is located on the ground floor of a Bavarian apartment building in a very quiet and well-kept environment. The practically furnished 1-room apt. with its own bathroom and kitchenette was completely renovated in 2024 and now appears with lots of wood. Due to its size, it's more suitable for short stays.
