Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

My place is about 33 square meters plus balcony. It is close to the town center and public transport. You will love my place: Bavarian coziness, a comfortable bed (140 x 200), a well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace, a spacious covered balcony, the tranquility, of course the mountains and lakes...
