Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we'll come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the big TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

We had a lovely time at Helmut & Paula's vacation home. The place was well equipped & very spacious. Communication about our stay was always super fast & very friendly. Definitely recommend!

We liked it very much and can only recommend the accommodation. You have to know that the accommodation is in a rustic style, but that did not bother us. S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away. Potential starting point for hiking tours, and for recreation by the lake.

Mittenwald felt like we were in a fairytale. The town was beyond magical with its alpine beauty, cobbled streets and picture perfect buildings. Sasa's house was perfectly cosy and welcoming and had us feeling like we were locals as we sat around the wooden kitchen table drinking hot chocolates while it snowed outside. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable, with plenty of room to move for our family with four small children. Thank you Sasa for being a lovely host and helping to make our first (but not last) trip to Mittenwald so memorable.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

The stay at Rolf's place was remarkable. It is spacious and roomy with all the comforts of home and more. The restoration to the facility was amazing and well thought out. Everything was well stocked, and we did not lack for anything. Rolf greeted us and gave us the grand tour and was available for any recommendations for things to see and do. We were centrally located to all the must-see places. We were not more than an hour or hour and a half from the things we wanted to do, so it was easy to daytrip out. The surroundings were lovely, with all the neighboring fields and countryside. Walking the streets in the morning was refreshing. Our friends that came with us had never been to Europe before and this was a great experience.

The appartement was super cozy and clean. The location is excellent, its close by the castles and Alpsee. Communication with the host and instructions was super clear. I highly recommend.

The time at Eric's Airbnb accommodation was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Eric was the perfect host – incredibly friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. He gave us great tips for the area and made us feel absolutely welcome. The place itself was great! Everything was sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated and we didn't miss anything. You can tell that Eric pays a lot of attention to details. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the time there to the fullest.

Staying at Manuel’s place was a breath of fresh air. It was full of all the amenities you’d want while traveling. We lacked nothing.

We had the pleasure of using the accommodation for our fishing holiday. There are many lakes and hiking trails in the area. So you won't get bored. The place is easy to reach and corresponded to the pictures in the listing. Everything was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Susanne is extremely friendly and always easy to reach. We received many helpful tips on hiking, fishing and recommendations for restaurants and shopping directly upon arrival. All in all, the stay was perfect and highly recommended.

Annika's place is fantastic and I definitely recommend it. It is very clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. You can see the commitment with which Annika takes care of her. The garden and terrace then offer an appreciable added value in case there is good weather. The location is ideal because it is close to the lake and allows you to easily reach many other beautiful towns in the area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Communication with Annika was quick and easy. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

A wonderful place to stay close to Munich! The house has 4 double beds, but can accommodate up to 10 adults. It has a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Towels and even bathrobes are provided, so you can enjoy sauna and pool. All with a great Mountain View. We were received with great hospitality. Hopefully we will visit again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa south of Munich. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for relaxing while still being close to the city. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.
