Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. In our 45 sqm apartment for up to 3 people, newly renovated in November 2024, you will find a large living-bedroom with a double bed. Large windows and south-facing balcony offer magnificent views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area and an additional sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and Waxensteine and Alpspitze during your breakfast.
