Perfect place for our family getaway. Great location close to restaurants and not far from Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Loved the decor! Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. Would definitely consider booking again.

We had such a great stay at the Shark Tooth Shanty! The home was decorated so beautifully and uniquely, every little detail added to the charm. Kerrie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to downtown Charleston, beaches, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Joseph was very proactive about getting us all the information we needed to get there and get in. And we really appreciated the ease of getting in! No lockbox to wrestle with, no difficulty at all. And a combination tailored to you so it's easy to remember. It was very clean and well appointed, there was pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice private back yard, just too mosquitoey to sit out there.

Anna’s place was perfect way to celebrate my graduation with a weekend girls trip despite the rain! The place was clean and in the perfect location. She also was very responsive and helpful. Would definetly stay again :)

Haley’s place was wonderful! Just what we needed with our dog. Safe neighborhood for early morning and late night walks, close to restaurants and a short uber drive to downtown. Haley was super accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Will definitely be back to stay!

Brandon was an outstanding, responsive host. The Cayman was so clean, you’d never know there was a dog in there. We usually travel with our dog, but didn’t on this trip and wish we did. First thing we all noticed upon entering was how fresh smelling and spotless things were. We loved the outdoor patio. It was an awesome spot to kick back & watch some games with some adult beverages, grill and not have to drive anywhere. Very private. We took advantage of the beach chairs to Isle of Palms & Sullivans. And loved the outdoor shower post beach. The bedrooms had adequate space and were immaculate. Nice to have 1 1/2 bathrooms + outside shower. Bathrooms nice & up to date. Kitchen is very nice,up to date, and not lacking. Easy access to roads, and close to a lot. Probably one of the nicer houses in the neighborhood, and exceptionally quiet. Would highly recommend.

Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

This house was perfect for our family and our dogs. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more! The park within walking distance was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again!

Sharon was amazing as well as her place!! I have never stayed at an air bnb more stocked than hers-it felt like I was at home! From tooth brushes and soap to shave kits and feminine products-SHE HAD IT ALL. She also keeps candy and snacks on hand for quick bites and little treats. There were at least a dozen extra blankets and lots and lots of pillows and sheets for those sleepover pillow forts or just some extra comfort. The bikes and beach equipment were an added touch that really just rounded out this vacation! Will absolutely book with Sharon in the future!

My family and I loved our long weekend in Mt Pleasant at Melissa's place! We frequent the area often and this has been our favorite airbnb to date. We 100% will be back! The place feels cozy and right at home. The pool is an added bonus. It was perfectly maintained and the lights at night were great! The location is perfect, quick drive to the beaches and restaurants. You do have to share the backyard/pool area with your neighbor but we had very nice/respectful neighbors in the next door unit. Book it, you won't be disappointed. We didn't want to leave!

The pictures accurately represented her space. We found there was plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware and dishes, something we find to not always be the case. The location was ideal for visiting the beaches and getting to Charleston. Megan was good at making sure we had all the prearrival information we needed and had recommendations on what to do and where to eat. If we were in the area we would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay to get the full Charleston Experience. Joes place is absolutely beautiful. I actually had to call him a 1am on the first night as I went into the wrong entrance and he FaceTimed me through the steps to get in. Stayed for 30 days and would love to do it again in the near future! Place was pristine!

Loved our stay! It was so close to everything we were in town for. As the other reviews say, it is noisy. You hear the street noise from the bedrooms, as well. Though, the noise machines helped so much! This is also the best stocked air bnb I’ve ever stayed in! All the essentials are there! If I ever need to stay in downtown again, I would definitely stay here again!

This is a well kept, wonderful condo in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Coffee/bagel shop is a block away, wonderful daytime restaurant next door (Laydel). The condo is very well appointed and extremely clean. Closets and luggage racks with ample hangers. En-suite bathrooms were very modern and clean. Included shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Plenty of detergent pods and dishwasher soap. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, snacks, dishes and utensils. We were a party of 5 in town for a wedding. We could easily walk or Uber in 10 minutes. We would definitely return. Jamie and Zachary are great, responsive host.

Great place! The parking situation is a little off, even with the good instructions, still got confused. Everything else is great!

The Iris was amazing! We had such a great stay. Everything looked just like the pictures. I recommend this for any couple looking for a getaway. Parking in the carousel took one minute to figure out but once you get it, it’s super convenient and easy. Definitely staying here again on my next Charleston trip!

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had the most wonderful stay at Sumer + Mac’s Charleston cottage!! The neighborhood is beautiful + so peaceful! The house itself was the CUTEST and so clean. I didn’t have a car and was able to walk everywhere I needed. The wifi was very fast for those working remote. They were so friendly + responsive, and respectful of the space. I can’t say enough good things. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a great 3 days at Mary’s place exploring Charleston. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Everything was great. Check in & out instructions were very clear. Most of the time we walked to wherever we were headed for the day—occasionally we then Uber/Lyfted back. Parking was not an issue. We parked on the street right beside the property. As Mary clearly states in her description, there is traffic/city noise. This was not a problem for us, but if it would bother you, bring ear plugs for sleeping, or choose another destination ;-) Overall, this is a fantastic property!
