There is a large and nice garden with a terrace with sun all day and evening. The house is heated with an efficient heat pump, electric panels and a cozy wood-burning stove. The house is from 2005 and warm and dry and with a wonderful indoor climate throughout the year.

Our home was build as the summer residence of silent moviestar Bivognen in 1923. Later on it served as the local police station.
