The house from 1833 is newly renovated with a large garden, fireplace, Ofyr grill, greenhouse for the cooler nights, 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Indoors, there are 238 m2 to romp around in, decorated with inspiration from nature, and at the same time with all modern luxury. The horses live in paddocks around the garden and love to greet you over the fence. There are also two cuddly cats that are mostly outside, but who really want to be fed.

Please note - no smoking applies to all inside and outside areas. You have cows and horses as closest neighbors. The apartment is small, but with room for 4 overnight guests. The pool is not heated in the winter, but the apartment is rented at a reduced rate from 01. October to April 30th. Pool can be used cold when purchasing sauna. 150,/day The spa is heated all year round and use is included in the price. From May 1st to September 30th, the pool is heated and can be used by guests

Welcome to our bright family home in Espergærde, just minutes from the beach and forest. I’m a single mom, and my kids, our au pair, and I recently moved in, so it’s fresh, cozy, and practical. While we’re away, enjoy 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living/dining room, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and office. Morning coffee on the east porch, evening sun on the west terrace with trampoline. Sleeps 6+ (extra bed possible). No TV, but plenty to enjoy.
