We are renting out our lovely apartment for the summer vacation. It is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and measures 710 sq. ft. (66 sq. m) plus a 151 sq. ft. (14 sq. m) balcony. The apartment consists of a lovely, large, bright living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a hallway, and a bathroom. We personally renovated the entire interior of the apartment in the summer of 2025. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of: Fredensborg station, approximately 10 minutes Pedestrian street with shops, dining options, and shopping opportunities about 15 minutes away. Fredensborg Palace with the palace grounds, approximately 20 minutes Esrum Lake, approximately 30 minutes

The apartment comes with a private garden and parking space, and it is located in a green, quiet residential area with large common areas and a playground just around the corner. Two additional mattresses are available in the living room. Crib beds for babies and high chairs for children are available for loan.

The apartment is located 350 m from the train station, it takes 25 minutes to get to Copenhagen city center. Kokkedal Golf Club and Kokkedal Castle are located in the backyard. There are forests and beaches within walking distance. The optimal vacation home for you who want to experience the intense energy of Copenhagen and still have the nature, beauty and tranquility where you live, or you who, for example, play golf.
