Preservation-worthy half double house on two floors with lots of soul. Large, undisturbed south-facing terrace with large gas grill and outdoor fireplace. The home offers plenty of coziness! The area is characterized by forest and nature and close to Rungsted Harbor, which offers a rich restaurant and shopping life. Close to Lousiana, Kronborg and Copenhagen. Close to the Coastal Railway and bus 150S that runs to Nørreport Station. The host will not be present during the stay. The host is fluent in Danish, Swedish, German and English.

Charming residence in the middle of North Zealand – walking distance to cozy cafes, beach, harbor, amazing nature, museums. 5-minute walk to train to Copenhagen/Elsinore High basement apartment in my house on a quiet residential street. Bright and inviting - private entrance. View of cozy south-facing front yard. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, TV room. Possibility of 2 extra beds. I live on the top floor myself and stay in the backyard so you have your privacy. 3 hens cluck when there are fresh eggs for you.

Cozy house by forest and beach - perfect for relaxation. The house is not newly built or perfect – here and there you will find small flaws that testify to life and history. It may not be luxury, but it's cozy, homey and full of personality. We hope you'll feel as comfortable here as we do. Worth mentioning Walking distance to Louisiana and a short trip to Copenhagen by train or along the beautiful Strandvejen. Garden with trampoline and sun hooks. Dogs allowed - the forest just outside is a dog forest.

With beach, forest and Louisiana within 300 m., this house is ideally located. The house is a very charming, extended cottage and is in its decor with playroom, games and garden with trampoline, climbing wall etc. especially suitable for families with children and for summer outdoor life. The house is located on a quiet road, without much traffic and the area is ideal for cycling, for example, to Årstidernes gård (800 m.) and Krogerup forest. Train station with trains to Copenhagen, located 800 m away.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig med masser af plads både inde og ude. 3 værelser med plads til 6 personer samt en sovesofa i den ene stue med plads til 2 personer. Ydeligere et nyrenoveret værelse i kælder med gulvvarme med plads til 2. Boligen ligger centralt med kort afstand til by, slotspark og Esrum sø. Grill og pizzaovn, samt lækre loungemøbler på den store terrasse. Gåafstand fra Fredensborg Slot og slotspark. Swimmingpool på 8x4x1,5 med saltvand og varmepumpe for opvarmning.

Welcome to our beloved, green, high ceiling and modern two-story house in Humlebæk - the perfect haven for a holiday in Denmark and Copenhagen. The house is nicely decorated in Scandinavian style and very family friendly. A brief 500m walk will take you to a fantastic kids-friendly beach and central Copenhagen is only 30 min by train or 35km by car.
