Inside, the house is spacious with a large lovely living room, bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom and kitchen with stove, coffeemachine, refrigerator, etc. Washing machine access is available Rungsted coast is located between Copenhagen and Helsingør. About 1 km to the water, the trendy Rungsted Harbour with all the restaurants and Karen Blixen house.

It was split up in eight single homes in 1980. The eight families who lives here are all part of the small Laugsgaarden community. You will have our own 120m2 house plus private garden on top of the common area with fire place, football fields, forest and fruit trees.
