Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Frankenau

Beautiful vacation home…we visited for the 2nd time and it was a great break again!

Beautiful and bright wooden house. The kitchen and living room are flooded with light because of the large windows. Large and modern bathroom with attached sauna next door. Good mattresses. The rooms are a little clairvoyant. The house has a large yard, good parking with canopy and a well-kept and large garden.

Had a great weekend there. One of the best equipped accommodations we've ever been to. With sauna and billiards, you also have great activities there when the weather is not so good.

We spent a weekend with friends at Olga's place. The house corresponds to the photos and is both beautiful and practical. We didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable. Olga responds super quickly to all inquiries!

We enjoyed Nicole's house very much. The decor is really beautiful, tasteful and well-maintained. Lots of beautiful pictures on the walls and tons of books. In the small kitchen there are really all the equipment you need to cook. And there were plenty of nice dishes. We used the balcony a lot, it has sun almost all day. Hikes can start right from the house and villages for shopping are not far away. Unfortunately, there are no longer the bakery in Hirschberg, but two restaurants. For a museum visit we drove to Soest, the Wilhelm Morgner Museum is absolutely worth seeing. The nearby Bilstein cave and the park are also worth a visit.

We enjoyed staying in Anja's large house very much. We were there for a workation: two of us worked in the home office and one had free. The internet is super good. Through a table brought ourselves and the garden table, we were able to set up workplaces. Below is a monitor that can be connected to your laptop with HDMI cable. 🧑‍💻 The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and very spacious. Very well maintained. 🩵 Not far away is the Schlossberg, which can be reached in a 5-10 minute walk. We had sun all week, which is why we often stayed on the warm spring meadow during the lunch break. ☀️ To the area: in almost every neighboring village there is a small castle, and in Homberg itself there is an ice cream parlor, a cafe and a kebab shop that were open. We have also seen other restaurants that are probably open. We highly recommend the ice cream parlor. 🍨 Thank you dear Anja!

We spent a wonderful family weekend in the Musikhaus in Bernshausen, which is at the end of an idyllic valley. We enjoyed the house very much. It has a lot of space: huge living room and huge dining room, The right bedroom for everyone, and the kitchen is super well equipped. In the nice weather, we could also spend a lot of time in the sunny garden.

The six of us (4 adults and 2 toddlers) spent a few days at Gisela's place. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished. There were fresh eggs and a colorful garden bouquet to welcome us on the kitchen table. We felt very welcome and immediately at home. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing immediately. Our children especially loved the animals (horses, cats). The surroundings also offer ample scope for activities with children. We would come back any time! Thank you for having us, dear Gisela!

Relaxing short weekend in a beautiful location Silvia is a very accommodating and helpful host. We had a quick one in the morning and she really immediately sent a handyman over who got the heaters and the wifi back in. We were even allowed to check in earlier and stay longer🙏🏼. The apartment is located in a unique location directly in nature. We were able to start with both dogs right from the front door. Beds were very comfortable. We slept very well in the fresh linens. Fred has apartment very beautiful and practically furnished. First day looking for some ways to control heating, once found, fine. Very good shower. Comfy large bed. Spotless clean fresh apartment. Comfortable seat. Sunny terrace. Very quiet neighborhood. Winterberg and Olsberg can be reached easily by car.

We had a wonderful weekend. We were warmly welcomed and the fireplace burned on arrival. We felt right at home. It felt cozy, cozy and cared for. There were five of us, but a nice bed was also prepared for the fifth. The little girl still played outside at the playhouse where she could glide and bake the slide and sandcats in the sandpit. We overlooked the garden with a forest behind it. It was wonderfully quiet. In short: we enjoyed it very much!

We had a really great time. Completely relaxed and everything was clear before we went that side. Super beautiful garden where you can completely relax. Otherwise very neat and clean ! But there was a little less to do in the village itself. All in all, really recommended !

Conny's place is just great! We were all very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is WELL equipped (I've never had it or very rarely). We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed staying with Kevin very much. We found the apartment as described, everything was clean and well maintained. Sauna and pool were a dream after a long day out on the slopes. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Only in the kitchen equipment we missed things such as garbage bags, pot sponge, baking paper, and were also unable to shop on Sundays. I would recommend the place at any time, and would love to come back.

The house was great. We had a lot of space and the decor was very well maintained. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay for a large group. Thanks Paul, he was also always very quick and easily accessible.

The accommodation Burg Gemünden is an impressive manor house with a very long history, which you can feel in the house in a positive sense. We were there with 13 adults and 4 children. The house and the grounds are so spacious that there was always the possibility to escape the hustle and bustle for a moment. We were self-catering, which was no problem at all. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with two ovens, two refrigerators and a large selection of cooking and dining utensils. You can see from the house that it was lovingly and historically renovated (completed in the 1990s). The furnishings are of high quality and a mix of antique and modern. We felt very comfortable!

Perfect home for us to cycle with some friends in the region in the region. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and large living room. Bedrooms were fine. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Instructions to get in were clear. You can sit there on the balcony and there is a large garage to store our bicycles. Definitely a note!

Great place to stay within a holiday village in a good location with short distances to the place. The terrace is facing south and the neighboring buildings are arranged in such a way that no shade is thrown. In winter close proximity to the ski lifts. The adventure area In Winterberg is also easily accessible (about 10 minutes' walk). Due to the quite early check-out in 10 o'clock, it is possible to organize breakfast away from home.
