Apartment ARTEna Kassel with beautiful terrace

Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

New apartment attached to our residential building with large garden. Separate entrance. Close to the center, within walking distance to downtown, the city palace, the museum and the Auepark. Good connection with public transportation and short distances to shopping. We have dogs. Parking is available on the street in front of the house, bicycles can be accommodated and protected at the house. Sauna is in the apartment, the garden can be shared, own terrace in the outdoor area of the apartment.

Beautifully bright, spacious apartment at the Königstor in Kassel. The apartment has three rooms with high ceilings and is very centrally located. Right in the middle of Kassel, below the trendy district, Vorderer Westen with many cafés and small owner-managed stores. It is also not far to the endless parks of Karlsaue and the city center is right around the corner. The apartment is located right above the King Schulz Bar, a great address for excellent cocktails.

In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place - AirBNB. The apartment is located in the middle of the city. On the weekend, the "St. Family Church" will gently ring in the day - from here you can easily experience the whole city yourself. The main train station, as well as the inner and old town, are a 3-minute walk. By tram/streetcar you can reach the mountain park "World Heritage Site" in a few minutes.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
