Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. On the first floor is the bedroom with one full-size bed as well as a small bathroom with a shower. The coach in the living quaters can also be used as a second bed. The holiday flat comes with its own terrace. It’s got a light, modern look and can be inhabited from june 2012 on. After the complete renovation is finished. Very close to the holidayflat you find the „Kurhessen-Therme“, where you can swim and relax. „Bad Wilhelmshöhe“ is easy to reach by train or car.   The „Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe“ is Europe's largest hillside park. This year (2012) the country „Hessen“ requested for the „Bergpark“ to be part of UNESCO - world heritage.
