Our cottage is offered here in the beautiful Wohratal on the edge of the basement forest. Hertingshausen is a district of Wohratal surrounded by forest with about 160 inhabitants . In the village center there is a playground and a lavender field with seating that linger . From now on we offer 2 e-scooters for rent for a' 15 Euro /24h. They are scooters with street approval, which can be driven without a driver's license from the age of 14. If interested, just report it.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility. The apartment is in a very quiet location – ideal for switching off. We especially liked the beautiful bathtub, perfect for relaxing. The landlord lives in the same house, but was very discreet and friendly, so you felt comfortable at all times. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

The six of us (4 adults and 2 children) and two dogs had a very nice time there. The space was completely sufficient and a plus point were the two toilets. Only the parking situation is somewhat limited if the adjacent houses are also rented.

We stayed with five friends for an extended weekend in the Frankenau holiday village and had an all-around great time! The house was super equipped – everything we needed for our stay was available. We especially liked the cozy fireplace, which we used in the evening, and the possibility to grill outside. The kitchen was well suited to cater for ourselves, and otherwise we lacked nothing. The surroundings invite you to beautiful walks – the nature around the holiday village is really worth seeing and perfect for switching off. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation for groups or families who want to spend relaxing days in beautiful surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

We immediately felt at home in Elke's accommodation. Right upon arrival, Elke warmly welcomed us to the key handover. The place was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Out of the window you can see and hear a small stream that provides an idyllic setting. Simply a place of well-being. There is no cell phone reception here, but the WiFi was very stable. We were completely happy with our stay. We'll gladly come back :)
