Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Collins

We were attending wedding activities over three days in Longmont which is a half hour drive each way so we were on the fence about booking Marda's place. We're so glad we did though. There are too many special touches to mention them all, but we loved the hardwood floors, the tile choices in kitchen and bath and the comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Plus the windows are great, letting in lots of natural light while keeping the house very quiet. There's a covered porch out back with a table and chairs, all looking out on a green lawn and some big trees. Also provided were two bikes with helmets, but we didn't use them because we'd brought our own. The bike paths in the area are wonderful. The place had everything we needed and the house manual and other instructions for kitchen appliance, w/d, etc., are there if you need them. I highly recommend the Love Shack!

A lovely home on a quaint street two blocks from the Main Street of town! We absolutely loved our stay here! My only concern during my stay is the tenants downstairs, which is clearly stated in the description, but just made me feel bad because an eight year old and pup can make alot of noise but they didn’t seem to mind or complain. This place has an unbeatable location and I’m so happy we were able to make this a stop on our cross country road trip! Great hosts!

Gregory’s home had everything we needed. It was clean, had lots of amenities, spacious, quiet and in a perfect location that is easily walkable to the breweries and downtown area.

This beautiful basement apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The home is well kept and safe. I loved that the communication was quick and that my questions were answered. What a great place to stay and enjoy the area!! I would stay here again if the chance arises.

We loved staying at the laughing squirrel! It’s a super cool pad that is conveniently located Perfect for our family of 4 visiting Fort Collins family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at Matthew's! The house was adorable and just the right size for us. The oudoor area was full of beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. We definitely found a gem that we look forward to visiting again.

We had an excellent stay at Monte's home in Fort Collins! The house was in an optimal location with lots of sights and activities nearby. It was fully fenced in both the front & back which was perfect for our 2 pups. The house was clean & had lots of amenities (the game room was a huge plus for our family as well). Monte would proactively check-in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area!

Tammy was very easy to communicate with and very friendly when we arrived. We pretty much came and went while we stayed at her place without any issues. It fulfilled our need of a place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

From our first contact with Glenn and throughout our stay, Glenn was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment served us well for the purpose of our stay. The swing by the lake was beautiful. We spent our evenings there enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We like to walk, and found the neighborhood to be very walkable. The location of the apartment was in a quiet area and easily accessible to most anywhere you might want to go in Fort Collins. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed at Glenn’s place.

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice cozy stay with a beautiful view of mountains that felt very close. The place was very clean and Marc was very friendly and responsive and it was a delight talking to him and he gave couple of good hiking suggestions. He had a large collection of books if you are a book lover. Will definitely recommend this place to other hosts. Sight of deer at the entrance of the property made our day .

We really loved staying here! Close to old town yet very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully designed gardens, lovely space itself. Even though it’s the bottom half of the home, it felt incredibly private. Every person we met was kind and helpful, not to mention patient with our 3 year old daughter who loves to meet everyone

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay; I can’t wait to come back and recommend Jennie’s place 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. I would definitely stay there again. I felt safe, it was easy to find what I needed from this accessible location.

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!
