You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. We can't wait to host you!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds. 2-day minimum, no-smoking, no pets

In a recently remodeled historic carriage house on the back of our property, the Treehouse studio apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Colorado State University. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.
