This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size pull out-couch. There is a private deck and fenced in yard included.

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
