Vacation rentals with a patio in Fort Collins

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

Another great stay at the Carriage House especially with the recent top to bottom remodel. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting FoCo. Highly recommend.

Modern, clean and spacious studio. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes and utensils. Conveniently located in the downtown area. The host was very nice and responded right away to text.

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

Cozy, clean, & large space with amazing quiet bedroom for a great nights sleep! Highly recommend this stay.

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay. My husband and I eloped and brought our dogs with us the night we stayed here. It was super great having a fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play in. I loved the coffee bar in the kitchen. It had several different coffee options, three different creamer options, hot chocolate, and tea. It is a super cute home. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with lots of little special touches. Great for a family with dogs. We didn't have any kids, but the house had lots to keep kids busy!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, living area and bedroom comfortable, and great backyard with our dog. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We stayed 4 weeks and enjoyed the proximity to the mountains but also the convenience of everything in Loveland and Fort Collins. We travel and work remote full time and this was definitely one of the top Airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you!

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

We were in Longmont for just a couple of days, had our two dogs in tow. Man! Don’t let the modest appearance from the outside fool you, this place is huge and very well done. Beautifully put together Mid Century Modern Ranch decor, and a very comfortable home away from home with the perfect balance of form and function inside and out. The fully fenced yard was very handy for our dogs who felt right at home there. Loved the kitchen! And the Record Player with Bluetooth. We explored a few of the local breweries and made a day of driving up to Estes Park and Boulder. What a great vibe! The only thing we’d do differently is book a longer stay! Fantastic! We’ll be back!

Kimberly was great! Super responsive and accommodating. Our son was sick and it was a very comfortable and clean place for him to recover out of his dorm, she even allowed us to check out late to allow him to sleep in a bit more. She was very caring and quick to respond.

My family and I loved this beautiful property and felt like we was at home with quietness! Whenever we just wanted a relax night in, there was plenty of board games for the whole family to enjoy, as well as, perfect location to travel and sight see in a timely manner!! Loved the quick response to any questions or concerns we had and definitely would book again!!

this was the nicest place we have had and we have stayed in a lot of places! clean, tasteful decor, large rooms. it was easy to play and relax. the beds and bedding and lining were top quality and cozy. the toys games and ping pong table entertained the grandkids from 8 months to 9. I am sure even teenagers and 20 somethings would love staying here. also what a quiet neighborhood even though it's in town! thank you for a great weekend!

Deb was so kind and responsive. The house was ready and clean for me and had plenty of comforts, like supplies in the kitchen, laundry, tons of towels and storage for me to settle in for a longer stay. I was happy to have a portable AC unit for the warm days. And extra fans to circulate. Pets friendly was a must, so my pup settled in just fine. I’m so glad I found Deb’s home to stay while visiting family in Boulder.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

Tiffany's comfy home is perfectly located to enjoy Boulder. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained with lots of towels. There are ample closets. We only used the bedrooms on the top floor so I cannot comment on the basement sleeping area, except to say that the washer and dryer located in the basement are very large and easy to use. There is a good bathroom in the basement as well. It snowed while we were there at Thanksgiving and the driveway and walkways were snow and ice free very quickly. Thanks for making your place available for us!

Fantastic host!

Cliff was a great host and super friendly. We had a bit of downtime to hang out. We ended up playing video games and music together which was a nice human connection situation - airbnb at its best!

I absolutely loved staying in Caleb’s airbnb. The place was beautiful, large and close to a lot of things! I will say I was there by myself the first night, and there are no window coverings on any of the windows in the main living space. So I did feel little nervous being alone and anyone outside being able to see that I was, but thankfully I was safe! The area definitely felt safe, but ya never know being from out of town!
