FULL BASEMENT UNIT! Located just off highway 76 and 20 minutes from DIA! Grocery shopping and Starbucks within walking distance! Barr Lake State Park 4 miles from property, downtown Denver 30 minutes., Boulder and foothills 45 minutes. Great location in beautiful covenant controlled neighborhood with tennis and pickle ball courts just a couple of blocks away. If you are in need of ANYTHING during your stay, please let me know!
